was thinking of getting an electric scooter, has anyone got 1 or tried 1 out? they are about £1300 new and are vespa/lambretta style, cost next to nothing to run, dont need roadtax, and cost around £100 to insure, seems ideal for gettin round town and getting to work, they are still pretty new on the market, but hoping someone has tried or bought 1 on here, so they can tell me if they are good or bad. or does anyone have views on them?

ha ha, I guess none of you lot work for the tourist board, most of the problems above, are pretty much the same in any similar sized towns/city`s. The concert hall looks pretty cool, but heard a lot of people complaining, that they dont have any decent act`s on there! which seems a shame. I Got the chance of a good job, or the option of no job down south, so as some of my family moved back up here 2 years ago, thought i`d give it a try! Saint Johnstone have always been the team who`s score id watch out for! my dad being a fan, and i have fond memories of being in the main stand at muirton park, when i was a kid. thanks for your answers, my twin sis is coming up for the weekend so will explore the place, and check out a couple of pubs too! p.s. should i tell anyone im a TV man u fan? or are they hated just as much up here?
