Just to let you all know , the under-soil heating has been on all week and the pitch will be perfect for Saturday. The surrounding areas , however , are a nightmare, but temperatures are creeping above 0 at the moment and I'm pretty sure if the polis give the club enough time , then they may well manage to get it on.

Anyone heard if Hardie will be kept on? As I was hoping he would sign for Partick Thistle in January, but that's not going to happen obviously if St Johnstone are wanting to keep him in.

Think of it this way , if a team full of 2nd raters like St Johnstone can come into the SPL with said 2nd raters still getting a game then there's every chance that St Mirrens newly-signed 2nd raters will just be as successful as St Johnstone's were !
