No need to worry mate, I used to work at the airport and it doesn`t take more than 45 minutes TOPS to get into downtown. Which hotel are you going to pick up the tickets at? And where are you staying?
As long as your flight isn`t massively delayed, no need to worry. Are you flying in via Oslo? And are you checking in any luggage?

Three Lions is the place to be, trust me. Most other bars in Trondheim are utter shit compared to it. They make decent food, and is easily the most popular pub for football fans over here. Stay away from "Cafe Ni muser" if you intend to have any kind of fun.
