  1. Correct - supersaint44 is correct I am not against McLean in the slightest. Some people just aren't very good at what they're employed to do and he fits this category. Maybe working with Main and the other coaches (???) will bring him on, but my point is you guys have come out and said you didn't win the 1st the last couple of years because of your poor start. I'm telling you, if he is in the G's don't expect much of a better start, I've watched him in action many times. BTW, the first 'chap' who replied to my post chose not to comment on my point. Do people from Perth take exception to people living in Perth who were not born there and do not support St Johnstone?
  2. Incorrect on all counts, I hate the Old Firm and Dundee FC, so keep on guessing. I do live in Perth, but only recently moved there. It's a beautiful place to live and bring up our children, really like it. Find it fascinating reading about Saints having to set the pace early as this is where they've fallen short in recent seasons, yet have failed to invest in a quality shop stopper to aid the aims of a talented young manager. I think he has been caught short on this one and has shown some naivety as a manager by not getting an experienced pro between the sticks. This will be the difference between getting a great start and a good start.
  3. No - because there are better teams in the Division. No - because you are traditional late starters. Possibly? Yes - because you have a stronger squad. Yes - because there are some super individuals this season. My personal view is no and this is simply because Euan McLean will be between the sticks. He's not very good He's not very good He's not very He's not very He's not very good. DISCUSS, please.
