My opinion is Saints play no football whatsoever and this season it’s been beyond shit.
We need to get some proper footballers and the manager needs to think about how we can win games rather than try not to lose them.

I have a spare adult ticket due to someone not able to make it. It's a £24 ticket for the upper tier. If someone would like it I will sell it for £20. PM me and we can arrange to meet outside Tynecastle. COYS

Re the tickets and turnstile prices, i emailed sheep ticket office and got the following response re concessions:
'We only offer 2 prices at turnstiles to home support as we expect them to buy advance.
On away turnstiles we offer all pricing inc £6 u12. This is something St Johnstone FC are aware of.'
Hope this helps. Get to the game. COYS

If you can go but are undecided, then go! Your team needs you! A second win would be a great start to the league and suddenly we're flying again thinking about reaching Europe for a third year in a row.
Get to the game. You know it makes sense!

Anyone going through for this? I'm not so updates would be welcome!
Should be another strong line-up and hopefully a good win setting us up for Norway!

What's the weather like in Norway just now?
Forecast says rainy and 12 degrees max so maybe shouldn't be packing the shorts?

For anyone interested, here's what three of us are doing to get to Trondheim cheapish:
Booked with Norwegian Airlines from Manchester to Oslo Gardermoen on 17th 1945 to 2345 for £82.00 pp
Sleep in airport is only inconvenience then get on flight
Oslo Gardermoen to Trondheim on 18th from 0800 to 0855 for £56.00 pp
We booked a triple/family room on booking.com for £149.00 for one night.
Flight back to Oslo Gardermoen next morning at 0920 for £56.00 pp
then flight back to Manchester at 1900 for £56.00 pp
Only drawbacks being flying from Manc and probably an airport sleep between flights there but considerably cheaper than the club charter. Thought I'd post this as it may be of interest to someone. We booked the flights through Norwegian.com

I have it from a good source that all out of contract players are leaving, some under contract are being released from their contracts, and Lomas is going to build a whole new team round Davie Robertson.

Saints fans are terrible for shouting at the team for retaining possession and not hoofing the ball up the pitch. If we are playing the ball about keeping possession at 2-1 with around 15 minutes to go the opposition will get very tired chasing every pass. Idiots in the crowd moan for a punt then moan when we lose the ball from the punt. Every club has their fair share of idiots though and sadly it's just part of going to McD now, as it would be for any other ground.
I'm not sure if there are idiots shouting for us to punt it. Most of the 2nd half yesterday players were making runs into space or the strikers were dropping short looking for the ball but the guy with the ball (usually a midfielder) for some reason refused to pass the ball to them. Instead choosing to pass back to Ando or Crackers then you get the punt and we lose it.
The amount of times Mackay played it in to Finnigan or Jody, ran past their full back into acres of space and didn't receive a return pass or Haber or Fran came deep and Liam or Muzz turn back on them was unreal. The guys making the runs must be tearing their hair out.
Fair enough were winning but can't we go for another goal? If they'd just play the simple return pass it would be a lot easier. Plus it makes for boring football so no wonder many fans, including me, get annoyed.

I would love to see Dasovic here so he's my pick. I loved him as a player and he seems to have fair bit of coaching experience. I have no idea if he'd be a success or not but I'd hope so.
As mentioned above and by Dasovic himself, he'd need to have a good assistant with recent experience of our game.

really tempted to head to this one to cheer the lads on they deserve our full backing and here's to a cracking day out coys

Fixed that for you!

Not sure if anyone's posted this. If true would that point towards Del's pals Brian Reid or Jim McIntyre?

I hope that this was just for the 'SAP' joke......can you imagine Parkin getting any of the goals Sheridan has scored in the last few games
Correct! But then Ryan trumped it with his GASH!
-
'This is Geoff's legacy?' 'I don't like it cos it won't be symmetrical' 'i demand an artist's impression!' 'i need to sit in a different stand so I might not go back!'
REALLY?!

Came home tonight to some news from my better half, apparently Del does want to go, wants to try something new & there will be more money. Would look likely that he would try to take Fran & perhaps others with him albeit it that some of them wouldnt go until Jan
Surely the bit about Fran etc is your opinion and pure speculation. It's this bit that makes me think what you said is bollocks.
The most pressing matter is surely whether he's been approached etc. Or is Del wandering about the place proclaiming how much he wants to leave and take his best players with him? Really?

Was about to say the same thing.
A lot of fans haven't returned because of this happening first time round. Life long supporters were playing second fiddles to the cash from the OF.
Can you imagine Dundee kicking their fans out the Derry?
They were going to the second last game of the last promotion season, but we didn't sell as many tickets as first thought. I remember listening to the Dundee chief on the radio about it and their fans were getting their knickers in a twist about it.
If we could've won the league outright that day it might have happened. That would've been pretty cool.
-
I'd rather tempt Fran with a 2 year deal on an additional £2500 a week than pay that for Sheridan
Me too, in a heartbeat. Parkin can replace Sheridan and form the SAP!

Had a look at the SFA website to see if there was anything on agents and their players.
Found this list of agents (no list of players) but jesus it's a bit of rogues gallery to say the least , only thing missing for a lot of them is a number board along the bottom of the photo.
Oooft!! That's a belter! The guy Stewart McLean doesn't look human, the guy Paterson below him looks like he could be on a different register. Good to see Stainrod looks like he still has a sense of humour! And yeah, John Davies, grrrrr!
-
Wasn't me who was put out. I know of three who were.
Did say on the ticket that fans in the wrong areas would be ejected.
But rules are obviously there to be broken.
Yeah and the OF fans seem to get away with whatever they want. That's one thing that's not changed.
On the terracing thing, maybe we could make it really retro. Uneven terracing with shoogly barriers and the bogs could be the old pish up against the wall style!

What the **** is going on!?!?!
this is a joke. It is so clear that he dived! This country is a joke.
Damn right it's a joke! What's it got to do with the country though? Thought it was more the c*nts on the panel than the c*ntry!
-
Problem was away fans were still in our end and when complaints were made, the complainers were ejected.
Maybe it was the way you went about complaining that got you flung out! I remember moaning about the scum sitting round us but never got flung out. Neither did they mind you.
Wouldn't be an issue now with less OF fans coming to away games so no need for sitting in our end.

Can’t agree with any of this. Firstly, we’re not hard to beat. We’ve lost 4 of our first 5 games, conceding goals in each of them.
We don’t create many chances at all and look the least dangerous team in the league going forward.
No team has setup to sneak a 1-0 against us. Aberdeen and Hibs both attacked us at well and we got beat comfortably in both games despite the low scorelines.
