All 3 Buses are provisionally full with no spaces available (subject to full payment of bookings) The committee are pleased to see that 80% of folk have paid up front and we thank you for that (it saves us time on Saturday) If the folks that have not paid as yet, can do so before Saturday, if possible, that will help save a delay on Saturday morning. Those who cannot get in before Saturday please advise NOW if you cannot make the game as we have folk on reserve desperate for a seat. If you've booked a seat(s) and don`t turn up you will be required to pay for them. The club bar at QOS ground (under the main stand) are booked for 100 Saintees Buses 1 & 2 thanks to Donna at QoS The Globe Inn (21 Market Square there are 2 Globe Inns in Dumfries) are booked for bus 3, thanks to Tom Nisbett owner Needless to say fans can go where u like, both venues are providing free grub. The buses will go to the ground on arrival in Dumfries and will be at the stadium 15 mins before the end of the game. We have moved original names on the buses to accommodate the bigger parties (will list update lists of 1,3 &3 ) We are having a raffle of some cracking stuff, make sure you but raffle tickets. Nae booze to be taken on the buses or you will not be on the bus for long. R

Buses 1&2 are booked into the QOS bar under the main stand 100 is their maximum So.... Bus 3 is booked into the Globe Inn (5 mins from the ground) A wee local pub and the owner is delighted to welcome us and is laying on grub. Anyone from buses 1&2 is welcome to go there if they wish. Ricky

I spoke to Dochertys today and have managed to get bus 3 arranged. Its a 33 seater with no toilet (we can stop on the way down) The names that were on reserve are now on this bus. list of names on reserve as follows; This sheet will be at the club tonight any one else phone and pay before Sunday the 1st Feb please. The cost will be £12.00. If we fill it any profit will go to Saints Youth Development. We are booked into the Q O S club bar (2 buses, 100 folk) at the ground which run by Q Of S themselves, children welcome. There is also a Q O S coffee shop / cafe over the road which is open to all. The bar is under the main stand at the ground and I think is the Palmerston Bar. Buses will deliver us to the ground but I am still waiting confirmation from Q o S and the Polis as to where the buses will be parked after the game. R

We have TWO buses going to this game, both are now full and we have a reserve list. To save time on the morning of the 7th Feb (meet at Barossa St Club at 09.00 am) buses leave at 09.30 We ask that all seat numbers are confirmed and are PAID FOR by Sunday the 1st Feb 2015 We are aware that there are several large Block Bookings, we need these numbers confirmed and paid for so we can potentially get the reserves on the bus subject to any spaces becoming available. The booking sheets are in the Barossa Club now and Ian and his staff will take the payments. If you turn up on the day and have not paid you will be charged for any non attendees. This is to help confirm numbers and hopefully get the reserves on the bus. I will list the booked names on the buses in another post. Ricky Treasurer
