Sorry Cagey but no way Saints should be thinking about the draw for money, not when we should realistically even have thoughts of a final?

Biggest issue for Saints in the transfer window will be what happens re Murray Davidson. If he stays we will have the strongest available squad outside of Celtic Park. At present however we dont have the manager to get the best out of that squad to let them gain their rightfull place. Simples! Don't reckon we need any signings (well maybe one )

Mannus was rated as a top keeper after his early appearances for us and I am happy with him. I think he as in fact been excellent for us. Encks sent the shivers up the team by making comments before games where he didnt fancy it and it often panned out. One man decides how to motivate the team and get the best out of them whether that be giving it to others to do or doing it themself.

Will his now mounting 85? odd game touchline ban or whatever its going to be still count if a club from for example the 2 tins of Gloss for a Fiver League down south come in for him still apply... or are we absoulutely stuck with him for at least the length of the suspension until he can get back onto the touchline to again demonstrate his inconsiderable managerial talents?

Once again we find ourselves looking back on another game we should never have lost, and yet not one that you would find hard to understand whyyou didnt win? Poor finishing, nae, piss poor finishing. Substitutions? Craig Thompson was terrible but you tend to miss where he pisses the other team off too. Discipline? No excuses Mackay regardless what happened, but the manager won't be in much of a position to reinforce that to him tomorrow will he, and... I thought we had resloved the schoolboy stuff re penalties after the comedy episode with Sandaza and Craig last season???

With the amount of 4G pitches coming online Saints are going to be challenged. personally I think the prices they charge for the facilty at McDiarmiad are ridiculous considering this has had various funding. Thankfully pitch hire prices will now be open to football clubs in Perth being able to realistically use them rather than being handcuffed by an operator who has a monopoly!!! Perth High School has a great new full size 4G facility and Seven Acres will be online soon too. This will have a big effect on Saints and the coaching process which hasn't really produced much?

Very few teams ever do well with a lightweight in the middle that shirks tackles and fails to complete passes. He is a liability.

Had the privilege of sitting behind Mr Lomas in the stand at Inverness and he was nice enough to acknowledge my suggestions to him on the use of said young Caddis I did see rare glimpses of Caddis a couple of times at Arbroath last season and he was probably the best player on the park...

This thing with the ref showing the whistle and saying do you want to take a quick free kick or not is a lot of pish? if its taken quickly he hasnt got time to show it, if not they are all faffin' about wasting the time anyway?

The boy just stepped of a plane having represented his country. He started a wee bit slow but as a young lad probably still had his head up his arse due to the past weeks events. He soon got stuck in and he certainly is rarely found missing and I have never seen him walk off not having given 100% or more IMO.

The biggest compliment I could give him is he wouldn't look out of place playing alongside Billy Bremner in a Leeds shirt #properoldfashionedfootballer
