Cheap Trip to Macedonia

Mate has pulled out so the following is available (flight cost is name change fee incl. difference in price):

Wed 3rd Sep - Easyjet flights from Edinburgh to Gatwick to Sofia - £49.20

Monday 8th September - Germanwings flight from Sofia to Cologne - £67

Unfortunately the airlines won't let him change the names on his flights from there to Iceland or Iceland to home.

Bed in hotel Maxim in Sofia on Wednesday 3rd Sep and Sunday 7th Sep, bed in 6 dorm hostel Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th Sep and bed in hotel in Cologne on Monday 8th Sep.

Seat on PTA bus from Sofia to Skopje return (dep Sofia Thu, dep Skopje Sun) - Should be £20-£25

Best option would be to fly home from Skopje or Sofia on Sun/Mon although I cannot see anything less than £200 one way. Flights from Cologne to Stansted to Edinburgh for around £65 on Tuesday 9th September although the other 11 of us will be flying onto Iceland so this part would be on yer tod.
