  4. The Administrator to give a press conference at 3.30pm today. As the Administrator will be desperate for cash I would not be surprised if Rangers season tickets are now invalid and entry on Saturday and future games this season, will be by cash. The missing Ibrox millions will possibly be "Management Fees " claimed by either Whyte or his Companies.
  5. JJB Sports selling off Rangers tops at reduced price plus buy one get one free ! 7. On the news - Rangers have just gone into Administration
  8. I wonder if the HMRC action was taken to preempt Craig Whyte to appoint [ his ] administrator. A newspaper article today believes that as Whyte holds the Bond and Floating charge over Rangers he could name [ his friend ] the administrator.Whytes right hand advisor with the takeover of Rangers, who is a company liquidator practitioner, was possibly lined up as the Administrator. The case at the Court of Session presently appears to be debating who should be Administrator.
  9. One of Craig Whyte's companies was yesterday banned by the Financial Services Authority for irregularities. http://news.stv.tv/scotland/west-central/297450-firm-linked-to-rangers-owner-craig-whyte-banned-after-using-clients-money-to-pay-bills/

  11. Going by past administration cases high earners services are dispensed with and Mr Ally McCoist might be seeking new employment.
  12. There is a "football creditor" case at the High Court with a judgement due possibly this week. This case has HM Revenue and Customs as the pursuer. They are attempting to over rule the present standing to give "football related creditors " preferential status in an administration or liquidation. Their belief that all unsecured creditors such as small traders, "football related creditors" and HM Revenue have equal status. This action by HM Revenue was taken as a consequence of the Portsmouth administration whereby the Revenue were due £37million but only received £7million because of the preferential treatment to "football related creditors " I wonder if this anticipated Court judgement will have implications for Craig Whyte ? and the reason he acted today.
  13. The BBC have reported the "possibility" that Craig Whyte committed perjury in a December 2011 court case between one of his companies and a roofing company [ the pursuer ]

  19. Ally McCoist has today with his statement of disagreement with the Aluko decision placed himself in a corner and a possible future impossible position. If an opponent of Rangers in the future takes a dive for a penalty what does McCoist say ? If he says not a penalty he will be classified as a hypocrite - OK for a Rangers player to dive for a penalty but not an opposition player . The SFA have to eradicate this cheating.
  20. Aluko looses appeal and given two game ban. Justice however Dunfermline are the loosers as Aluko gained Rangers a win as a result of cheating. http://sport.stv.tv/football/scottish-premier/rangers/286075-rangers-sone-aluko-banned-for-two-matches-after-being-found-guilty-of-simulation/
