At the moment Gordon & Mitchell are as good or bad as one another so I would prefer to play the signed player rather than the loan player. That is nothing against loan players but I feel if there is no difference in performance then the signed player should play.

There is a difference between being an untouchable and being deserving of your place and I think considine falls into the later category.

This sums up so called professional footballers. You don’t win handsomely look for excuses. They seem to think only one team plays on the pitch. They complain they have had 3 games in a week 2 on “cow fields” so they are tired. They should look at other professionals sportsmen like Andy Murray who played 2 games each lasting over 5 hours within 48 hours. Stop looking for excuses and just admit on the day you were crap.

I agree 100% with everything you have said. My only reservation is how many of the east stand season ticket holders would have paid £30 to go to an old firm game when many don’t go when they have already paid. I for one hate these games and would not have paid £30 (£20) to go and I have been a loyal supporter through thick and thin for nearly 70 year. As you said handled very badly.
