  1. Great team performance but Paddy Cregg Just shaded it for me ahead of Alan Mannus and David Wotherspoon, brilliant night
  2. Voted for Ando thought he had a decent game,Nigel looked the part when he came on and agree about his bit of skill in the box, hope he's on 'showboating' next week on soccer am, hope he starts next Sunday
  3. Millar for me also, thought he put in a great shift today, great impact from Hasselbank when he came on,skinned the right back and put in a quality cross for Stevie McLean to score another well deserved goal
  4. Alan Mannus,Murray Davidson,Frazer Wright
  5. Alan Mannus for me,great save at end to get us a point which could be important at end of season
  6. Same thoughts as a few others and thought it was between Ando and Murray and went for Murray Davidson. First half showed we hadn't played competively for 3 weeks and looked off the pace but got to give credit too players for keeping going right to the end ( especially after Stevie McLeans miss) and got goal that secures top 6 finish
  7. Went for Steve Mclean, thought his work rate and his ability to hold ball up and bring other people into the game was really good for the 85 mins he was on the park. Midfield in the 2nd half totally dominated and Murray looked a different player after he scored, thought Liam had his best game for a while and put in a great cross for Tades goal. Really good 3points after a dissapointing last couple of games and a top 6 finish now a real possibility, just a pity we don't play again till 1st April
  8. Went for Alan Mannus as he earned us a point with two great 2nd half saves,Paddy Cregg a close second . Dave McKay,Steve McLean and Abeid had decent games as well, only positive thing to take from game was we never got beat but 2-1 up with a couple of minutes to go playing against 10 men we should've seen the game out
  9. Voted for Callim Davidson but could've been any of our back 4,if you happen to read this Mr Chairman please have a re-think and give Callum Davidson another years contract,I like Tam Scobbie and think he's a decent player and he's never let Saints down but think Callum still has that quality about him and apart from Celtics Izeguire theirs not many of the Spl's left backs that would have before Calum
  10. Alan Mannus for me,kept us in the game in 1st half against a very good Celtic side, defence played really well . Thought Stevie McLean put in a great shift especially in 1st half and helld .the ball up really well. Great team performance tonight and well done Hasselbank for a great goal
  11. Went for Frazer Wright, agree about Callum Davidson, still got that quality about him and even though he maybe lacks the pace he once had he makes up for it with his football brain, would definitely have given him another year. Thought Doughty played well when he came on and Abeid looked likely to create something earlier in game but thought he drifted out of game when Murray when off and he went back into a deeper role which allowed Doughty to push on more
  12. Fair enough, take your point but didn't look very clever at the time and yes if he'd scored when he came on probably nothing would've been said
  13. Was surprised Hasselbank actually got on today, during the warm up Tommy Wright was laying off the balls for shooting and Nigel was sitting on a ball at the side watching, looked like Tommy Wright said to him to get involved and to join in to which Nigel shook his head and sat and watched the shooting, maybe got it wrong but looked like he was in the huff at being sub ,hope when he's playing in the championship next season he shows a better attitude
  14. Great atmosphere created by the drummer and the young guys today,Tam Scobbies face was a picture when he came down touch line to warm up behind goals and was greeted by " Scobbie for Scotland", quality
  15. Went for Vine as thought he looked like the one guy on our team who could create something, the games about putting ball in the net and if Steve McLean had shown the same composure as the StMirren striker then maybe it would've been a different outcome,Tade as well had great chance with header but never even hit the target, new signings looked promising
  16. Frazer Wright for me with Dave Mackay a close second, good too see Tade scoring especially after his miss earlier ( got to give Langfield a bit of credit for save) ,he showed a lot of composure to go round keeper for his goal, thought Vines booking was a joke, incident happened right in front of us and McGuinnes definitely made contact after Vine nutmegged him
  17. Voted for Dave Mackay with Pawlett a close second, poor performance but 3 points,we've played far better this season and failed to win so will enjoy the win against a poor Dundee team
  18. East Stand 18 yard line Ormand End,maybe a trip to specsavers for myself in new year
  19. Voted for Peter Pawlett, good first half and although he faded in 2nd half showed his commitment when Caley broke away and he tracked back with their big no4 and cut out pass to him, don't think the ref and main stand linesman did him any favours in 2nd half as it looked like he was fouled a few times but no foul given. Quite probably played his last game for us today but would love to see him stay. Dave McKay , Murray and Mannus all played well and Paddy Cregg looking better every game he plays, from where I was sitting thought that he was brought down in box for a pen but unfortunatly he was booked for diving
  20. Voted for Tade as thought he was back to the player he was a couple of months ago, just a pity he didn't finish his chance at the end,Murray a very close second, great tackling and work rate and same as Tade with his chance. Cregg and Scobbie both played well and thought Pawlett did well 1st half dissapointed that we didn't play through him more especially with Douglas on a yellow card. Think Liam Craig needs a spell on the bench, his last few games have been fairly dissapointing, keep hearing about him signing for Hibs so maybe this having an effect on his game
  21. Mannus for me, he made one mistake which unfortunatly cost us the 1st goal but had several top class saves as well. None of the rest of the team came up to their usual standards but conditions made game a lottery, best player on the pitch was McGinn for them
