I still think Mannus pushes too many shots out in front of his goal. A couple on Saturday required some great defensive concern to sweep up. He has been terrific though in the last 3.5 games and shows we have two excellent goalies. Would be happy with either lining up which says it all. Same praise must go for Tam Scobbie and Clive Smith too. We should be desperate for Ando and foster to come back but the defence has arguably been as good if not better without.

I take it spoony isn't properly fit these days? He was excellent on Wednesday. Odd dropping him otherwise...hes a creative threat.

Lots of choices. Scobbie was outstanding. He was the dominant centre half and won everything. Easton was also brilliant. Craig and Pates played well too as did Spoony. Strikers also worked hard. Tough one. Tam.

Certainly sounds like the u16s and u17s have great potential. Hopefully we sign a few up!

I enjoy the atmosphere the young lads make. No doubt. On the flip side if you think these lads don't enjoy a bit of 'banter' with the away fans your heads buttoned up the back. I'd personally let them have free reign in the stadium but if they get into any nonsense outside then that's nothing to do with saints or supporting the club - hammer them.

Will be interesting to see how the club choses to punish the players. However, if you move away from the fantasy world of football if any of you or I had a full blown brawl at work especially in front of customers we would be sacked on the spot. I suspect a heavy fine and a public apology will be the result but they should be on last warnings the pair of them.

I blame Clive Smith. He's the only one to benefit from this. He clearly told Foster Swanson thinks his birds a crap singer.

Paton and Davidson in the middle isn't going to be the most creative midfield you'll ever see. Looking for set pieces today but that would involve us getting up the pitch!

Would be good to see us dominate a game. Seem to be struggling to put together sustained possession and accies slightly on top because of that. Come on Saints!

The adds I'm seeing now don't have an X and take up the whole screen. Popup adds are the worst user experience you'll find online. Adverts are fine for funding but stick them in a side bar or page header or footer.

These ads are making the site totally unusable on my phone. I'd rather donate to the site than use it with ads like those.

Defended ok if not a bit punty and too deep but moult and McDonald are a nightmare to play against. Midfield lost the battle today big time but improved when we moved liam to left and took Alston off. Credit to Tommy there. Cummins did a lot of work but MacLean was off the boil. Liam had an excellent game though and his second was a cracker. Could have got a third and was almost playing as a striker at the back post at times. Deserves his place just now. Both keepers did well too. We're very lucky. Mannus was actually outstanding when he came on. Two great punches and a top save at the death. Craig MOM though.

Didn't play great but battled hard in defence and nicked the win with two great Liam goals. His second was a belter. Not a great game but I'd have paid double to watch Liams second goal and Mannus's injury time save! Brilliant. Love a smash and grab win.

Decided to go. Goal aside we've not done too much. Struggling with their front two and not keeping possession. Hoping for a better showing second half.

Still undecided if I'm going to this one. Wife is working so begrudging paying £41 to take the kids to a cold fir park where they probably won't sit still for 2 minutes! Just shows that what Saints are doing with kids prices is brilliant. If the kids were free at fir park I'd definitely go. Motherwell would get £23 and 3 on the gate. Now they're likely getting 0. Fair play Saints.

And in fairness after his mistake when he mistimed his jump to let Haber in he then proceeded to produce a goal saving block on Haber about 1 minute later to atone. Considering he was up against one of the best in the air in the league and he's a small centre back he did really well yesterday.

Plenty of options today but I'll go for Craig. He was worth two or three men today. Helped the defence. Alongside Paton dominated the midfield and even got forward to support. Alston, Paton, Joe, Easton, Macca and Cummins all terrific too. Foster, Scobbie, Clark and Swanson all did their jobs so not a single failure.

Earlier in the season I was calling for Ando to be called up for Scotland. He was playing terrific. No question his form has been worse since then. If Ando plays well we tend to play well because we are building on a solid foundation.

Maybe trying to pick the lads up. Or deluded. Who knows.

Struggling to find positives yet again. This is a real slump. Spoony made the difference in an attacking sense to be fair but nobody else did much of note. Midfield bypassed defensively and offensively. Defence stood off and weren't strong enough. Strikers not involved. Starting to remember what it's like to support Saints again. Had forgotten for the last 5 or 6 years!

Deserved nothing from that. Sat back at 2-2. Deserved to concede. Negative attitude. Did so well to get back into it too.
