After a discussion amongst the moderators, and a series of messages from posters who were offended by some of the thread's contents it was decided to remove it, as it was getting silly, had long since run its course and was not appropriate for a site whose members represent a large cross section of society. If you have any questions or comments, please direct them to me in a PM, and do not start a thread to further the discussion.
