  1. Very disappointing, we have never been quick out of the blocks, facing the old firm in two of the first four games, a missed week in the mix does not help. I now owe a Snickers bar to a friend at work who is a Pars fan!
  2. 1. Goals 2. More goals 3. Lots more goals!
  3. Is anyone else disappointed in the lack of updates to start of season? Management, player interviews, information on the increased build up to big kick off. Ok, we do have the official countdown clock!
  4. Let's hope so, they both had dinner together on Friday night, so maybe flat sharing?
  5. I live in Glasgow and I wouldn't call it fantasy land
  6. Didn't think she would be his type ;0)
  7. Good luck to Murray if he goes, but would kill me to see him in a Rangers strip.
  8. Me too, tweeted he is on way to game and can't wait for season to start, so must be in.
  9. Are they wearing the new strips and if so tell me it looks great.
  10. On the officall website the logo does seem very high up on the shirt but the picture also makes Sir Geoff looks like a midget. I will be buying for me and my two boys, we won't have the worst shirts in Glasgow, have you seen the new Celtic away kit:shock:
  11. He will get on great with Geoff:shock:
  12. Agree he is a better player than Holmer but as has been said most of his goals were scored in the lower leagues. Some posters think because he scored 10 in 14 in the SFL for us he is a dead cert to set the SPL on fire. I also don't buy the Hamilton system theory, I am a doubter but will support the Doc 100%.
  13. Internal appointment have been great for us, but who is ready? A Scottish manager who knows the lower leagues in England perhaps..........
  14. If they were to go we would get compensation, if Celtic pay the £1M then what would we get, £200 000? I would be disappointed if he and the Doc left, but we could attract a good management team. The club is in the SPL with a strong squad and the finances are in good shape.
  15. I played BB football on Saturday afternoon on the South Inch and then got a bus to Muirton. I got there usually just before half time and came in the players entrance without having to pay. I then jumped over the barrier and joined my family on the terracing. Best memory was scoring in a cup final which we won on the haloed turf.
  16. The article said he had the option to stay full time with other clubs.
  17. Welcome aboard Dr Goals and lets hope Jeff Stelling is mentioning your name on a regular basis next season.
  18. Can you clarify the meaning of "financial offer" then?
  19. Dumbarton moved from Boghead to the Strathclyde Homes Stadium in 2000.
