For all who are deeply offended and disgusted, mods were asked to change the name yesterday. No action has yet been taken.

Rangers, Celtic, Motherwell and Hibs all have a standing section so I'm assuming it is allowed, unless the SPL are simply turning a blind eye. Even if it is only a small difference, it's progress and something to build on. Spot on about those standing and restricting the view of others, it's rude and inconsiderate. However, occasionally I feel that those who moan and grumble about possible change are just as bad. The fact that some criticise before a final product is there to be witnessed truly bemuses me. If it doesn't work, then at least it was attempted, don't put it down before its even started.

Yeah thats correct, looking in to improving the atmosphere and a possible standing section. I've been in constant contact. The meeting should be going ahead beginning of next week, still finalising a time. I heard about the hibs game and will bring it up. Anything else anyone wants mentioned, private message me and I'll note it down.

Spot on. A meeting regarding the matter is already in place so at least they are showing interest. Can only be good news that 'standing sections' are a topic currently being broadcast across differing media platforms.

I take the view that you should support your club wherever they go, whoever they come up against. I pay my earned money to watch the football team I support. Whether my money goes to Kilmarnock, Celtic or whoever - I couldn't care less. Anyway, I think tomorrow will be an exciting game with plenty chances at both ends. 2-2.

The club are currently working with security to try and get something sorted about a standing section. For those interested in improving the atmosphere, join us down the front of the north end of the east stand on Saturday against Motherwell.

A Facebook page has been started for creating a better atmosphere - cant post the link as im on a phone. However, please anyone with Facebook join the page 'Create a better atmosphere at McDiarmid'. Its a real travesty that we can only attract 3000 at most, the club deserve more.

Doesn't appear to be much interest in the game, how many are we likely to take through?
