We are moving on one of our GKs , St Johnstone want Gallacher , Aberdeen want Howard and Dunfermline want Smith , after he had an impressive spell there on loan. It's been left up to Lennon as to who he keeps , bearing in mind that Gallacher is one of the highest earners at the club and moving him on would allow us to improve in other ,less well-covered, positions !

It's funny isn't it , the two Saints spend years in the 1st division wilderness and develop a wee rivalry , then we both return to the top level, and it doesn't take long to remember who the real enemies are !

Of last seasons bottom six , St Mirren beat Falkirk away twice , won and drew at Accies , and had victories at Motherwell , Inverness and Kilmarnock yet we stayed up only on goal difference. I wouldn't put much credence on your victory at Hamilton and the draw at NSMP , they'll count for nothing if you can't start winning at home.

Apart from the time we brought almost 3,000(I'm sure Radford will confirm) to the cup-tie ? You can remember the Hall-Connolly era but can't remember 2 years ago?

Have to say that over the piece , we got out of jail today. If Savo had scored on 46 minutes , as he should have, it was a case of how many. Barron , never a left-back , was left exposed time and again and was ripped up for arsepaper several times during the 2nd half. All of that said , one bit of sensible refereeing in injury time and we would have stolen the points. We have been poor in every game this season yet still have 5 points , so no panic yet.

Back off fatso , we're talking poor starts in the 1st division , and Dundee have had a great start compared to St Johnstone's poor start last season.

Mr Gilmour usually plays his cards close to his chest , it is unprecedented for him to come out , as he did this morning , and say that the club has been approached by the owner of an EPL club looking for a "feeder" club in Scotland. Add the fact that Accies youth coaches have now moved to St Mirren's new training facility and the Accies scouts have also moved to New St Mirren Park means that there plenty going on behind the scenes down here.

St Mirren have had several enquiries already , if someone is looking for a new football club plaything it sure helps if there is a new stadium and no debt !
