Putting aside all the usual wonderful stereotypes, is there any particular reason why Dundee should be so much higher than say Fife, for example? I'm 37.

I bought The Long Good Friday on DVD the other day in Tesco and really enjoyed it. I didn't actually know much about it when I bought it but would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes their crime/gangster movies - reminded me of Get Carter. Bob Hoskins was terrific as the powerful boss who is in total control at the beginning and loses everything at the end. It's a shame he's only associated with BT adverts these days! A young Pierce Brosnan makes a couple of brief appearances as a random Irish baddy but I don't think he actually has any lines, his job just seemed to involve looking mean and cool at the same time. Some of the rest of the cast looked familiar as well, perhaps from TV, but I couldn't quite place them. It was in the cheap bit of Tesco, well worth a purchase in my opinion. I'll definitely be watching it again soon, it's not just going to gather dust with the rest of my DVDs. 8 out of 10. I'm 37.

I am absolutely dreadful at bowling. Simply disastrous. I scraped over a hundred once but usually I sit around seventy-ish. My worst ever was 53, it was the third game and my arm was dying, I could barely lift the ball. It's fair to say I'm just naturally crap at bowling. It doesn't help that you have to go through to Dundee to play the stupid game as well. When you have a bunch of gadgees on one side and a set of the skankiest women imaginable on the other side you're never going to enjoy yourself. Then you have to keep checking your car every two seconds to check if any Lochee neds have taken your stereo. All in all it's not a fun experience. I'm 37.
