No I think the editorial department is located in Glasgow

Have just read the Sunday Post match report. Totally brutal, negative all the way through, laced with journalistic sarcasm from a tired Glasgow hack who pays nothing to get in. Surely the press have to get a share of the blame. Should they not be trying to talk up the game and not put people off by assuming a negative attitude? Had I not been at the game it would certainly not have encouraged me to attend. The game was not a classic perhaps but there were some enjoyable aspects. I think so anyway

Quote "An adult and up to two children aged 12 and under will pay just £250 for an Ormond Stand season ticket while a senior citizen and up to two children of 12 and under will be just £150. An East Stand adult is £295, a student season ticket is £150, 13-16 £75 and 17-18 £100." So what is the price of a senior citizen in the East Stand ? Or are we being kicked out of the East Stand? Will not be paying full price and would not be happy about getting moved to the Ormond !!!!!

It was against Celtic at the dreaded 6 o'clock Sunday night slot. It wasn't our first Sky game but it was the first scottish game on Sky to be postponed I seem to remember.

Agree 100% with you, the man was a football hating sadist, as I remember him anyway

Not to the paying public they ain't. When was the last time a referee observer came out and publicly stated that the referee got critical decisions wrong. -

So apparentlyTWO hanballs, a barge in the back and an incorrect free kick decision all in the one move, and he saw none of them. Unbelievable!!!!! £800 for that display! It beggars belief that these guys are accountable to nobody for their actions. -

Yeah at the time I thought it was a foul to saints not against us. So did the referee apolgise for getting the foul wrong or the hand ball? Or for Sodje barging into Gartland in the box? I think he got three decisions wrong in the lead up to the goal, anyone one of which he should have picked up and didn't. -

Perhaps but there was a Hibs guy behind him. The mainstand linesman waved his flag above his head rather than raising it to shoulder hight and pointing it in front of him as is usual for offside. I took it as being a foul rather than offside -

The move for the Hibs goal started with a free kick awarded against Peaso. Anyone tell me why the free kick was awarded? -

The version I heard was that it was Gordon Smith who was the victim. the rest of the story was the same as above. Went home after the game in tears

Might have been something to do with owning a glazing company and Geoff Brown neeeding windows for his houses, or is that too cynical

Remember seeing him in Perth regularly, although it was only later that it became significant, due to his subsequent success.
