I think this signals the end for Ando. He has shown nothing this season and we now have cover at centre half for next season. Not impressed by the players TW has resigned. Scobbie and McDonald were baffling players to award a contract too. Agree with decision to give Frazer one more year though.

Although we have a core of a decent side there are some players who are in our squad that are just not good enough. Gary McDonald, Steven Anderson, Steve banks and perhaps even Dave mackay should leave IMO.

He's no Gary Mcdonald.

He was immense in Trondheim but other than a couple of decent performances he has been shocking. Offers no goal threat whatsoever - even when played in an attacking role - and passes it backwards constantly. Baffling decision to give him a new contract.

The calls for Chris Millar to be dropped etc are to far fetched. Although Millar was shocking yesterday he is still an important player. Apart from yesterday when he is played in the middle he usually plays well. Gary Mcdonald should just leave the club now.

Banks reminds me of Alan Main when we first were promoted. A once decent keeper whose agility isn't good enough for this level. The first three goals were all partly his fault. Gary McDonald is a dreadful footballer who offers nothing. Why is he undroppable in the eyes of Tommy? Great decision to offer him a new contract.

What an amazing game , you don't get that excitement watching Man United on sky. Started fairly brightly and were comfortably the better team. Then the sending off, Mcdonald - who was woeful today - plays a horrendous back pass unto which the Hearts forward goes through on goal and Anderson has no choice but to bring him down. Completely Gary's fault. However we rallied around that and it didn't affect us to much. I thought Nigel was brought down on the edge of the box but a penalty was given which May dispatched well. Onto the second half and we soon scored our second when May goes through one on one with Macdonald. I thought he had overrun it but May bundled it home after save from the goalkeeper. Then completely against the run of play Hearts get one back with a decent header but the marking has to be in question. Saints seemingly then wrap the game up with a handball in the box. I couldn't see it properly but the referee took about five seconds to make the decision. May finishing well again. Then the last few minutes. Hearts score after Nicholson nets a rebound from a fantastic Mannus save and one of our players doesn't give the ball back. Then a Hearts player gets shoved into the back of the net and a melee resumes. Only saw Stevenson grab Mannus and then Mannus getting restrained by our players. Didn't see him doing anything but he obviously did to merit a red card. When Scobbie goes in goals you just knew that the equaliser was forthcoming. A header crashes off the bar and Scobbie doesn't move. At the corner the players should realise that any header on target will go in and they should be doing all they can to get to the ball first. Finally a note on Gary Mcdonald. This man is a horrendous footballer. His passing is terrible and he is a wasted jersey. I have seen nothing in him to merit a contract extension. I don't know what Wright see's in him.
