Just a recommendation if anybody is hungry & near Arbroath anytime soon. Bellrock chipper (used to be the Bervie chipper) opposite that lighthouse just as you come in from the south end of the town. Best chippie I've tasted recently (was also at Anstruther last week which is hard to beat but this place did). Owned by an Indian family and although it's generally chippie fayre, they do a spicy fish supper which is excellent. Smokie supper is also unmissable. Give it a bash if you pass it.

Haha I mind that. Must have been about 8 or 9 at the time. Was sat down the front. Turned round to see an unfortunate Arab flying down the stairs to my left & straight into the gate at the bottom of the stand. Good times.

Anybody got any recommendations for a decent mobile. On a contract with 3 which is decent but the Nokia I got given is on it's last legs. Struggles to get a signal at the best of times and just feels really flimsy. Thinking about a Sony Erricson as had one ages ago and it was decent quality. Any suggestions? Cheers

Aye what's with their car park? Was there at half 2 only to be told by a boaby that we had to go up the road & turn back as there was no spaces. Eventually manged to get parked beside the swimmies just out the back of the ground but a farse nonetheless. Satisfactory and well deserved result although still miffed about their keeper handling clearly a good half a yard outside his box and the linesman being easily close enough to see but choosing to ignore it.

Anybody ken if we'll be allowed air horns into E.E.P? Always help create a proper racket.

Another odd but nonetheless funny one was when saints were playing clyde at mcdp towards the end of last season. I'm sure it was either Albertz or McSwegan who got the ball, old lad in front jumped up and shouted "Lazarus" for no apparent reason before sitting back down and watching the rest of the (pish) game.

Aye I think I'm getting them to do the full installation. Can't be bothered thinking I've done it right then finding out I've made an arse of it. As for call centres abroad I just don't bother. Just recently finished a phone contract with orage (shower o b.stards). Kept sending silly bills even thought the phone wasn't being used. Instead of calling I just kept sending letters and refused to pay the bill until they checked it again and sent me a fully explained statement. Sometimes pays to be old school as they eventually sent a proper bill.

Getting the 20mb broadband & phone installed the morn. Just wondering from anybody that has it do they give you all the software at the time and you just install it to your computer there and then after the boy installs all the cables and such? Just got a shot of a 3 dongle thing of the faither the now and it's proper slow. If anybody has this b.band then let me ken. cheers

Straw Dogs (SLF Tribute) on in the corinna this saturday. Seen the real SLF at the bucket last year (mint) so will see how they compare although I've heard they're pretty class.

Last thing I knew he was working for Simon Howie butchers in addition to playing for Carnoustie Panmure(apparently still knocking them in up there). Seen him in the van a couple of times like. I'm probably too young to have really appreciated Wright at the time so will have to go with George. The impace he had when he first came to us from the Pars was immense. Just recalling those days when he had hair ***.

Wouldn'y neccesarily say it was a stupid sale. When he was here I think he showed signs that he could do a decent job but it seems he just never fitted into Del's plans as he never really got a chance up front. Was only brought on as a right winger occasionally and although he showed a decent turn of pace, I don't think he got the chance to fulfil his potential here.

Aye Robertson was an Ian Chubb like. Cheatin walloper.

Seemed pretty formidable as a joint force up front with big Derek. Great striker but showed a decent workrate today aswell.
