  1.

Is that ex Falkirk guy still the players union rep?

Pretty sure it won't be as simple and clean as that

Not sure, I don't necessarily think there will be contract terminations, more a strong indication that they may be best seeking playing time with another club.

  2. Public consumption of class A narcotics and a bit of handbags between team mates aren't really comparable. I think one of these guys will get their jotters, one of them patently isn't too fussed about being with the club anyway so should make it an easy decision.

  3. Difficult to hear him talk of having to release players like Cregg and the video cuts to a shot of McDonald jogging. Cregg the superior player IMO.

That said, great to see Tommy has faith in the young guys and is prepared to make tough decisions to support their development, hopefully they don't let him down.

Murray looks like he's working hard. If anyone deserves a break it's him.

  4. Brilliant....a good number going from Luncarty.......keep them coming in......what about Dunning......Dunkeld ,Errol, BAlbeggie,.....surely Newburgh?, Guildton barmy army?.......Murthly? Forgandenny?

There's a bus going from Newburgh with Saints and other punters just going along to support Stevie May. Great stuff.

  5. Ahh that's good to hear they did take my mobile number. Must have took a panic attack when I read the website going to surprise my dad with the ticket he thinks we are going to the local pub to watch it little does he know the local pub is Celtic Park.

Brilliant, hope you both have a great day.

  6. 5000 in one day as a proportion of Perth population = 67000 in Glasgow terms. Not a football town my arse

Throw in the metropolitan area of 2 million, which Perth doesn't have a relative equivalent of, and it's even more impressive.

You'd imagine that was ALL ST holders buying 2 or 3 but there will still be a huge chunk of people who are waiting on the general sale (like me and my mates). A remarkable number, if correct.

  7. To add to the above... if Sevco end up winning next season's Championship by a large margin (as could well happen), then for Dundee not to go up this season would effectively mean condemning themselves to at least another two seasons in the lower leagues. So if anything, there could be an argument to say they need promotion this year. Same goes for Hearts - if they go down this season, they could end up staying down for at least two seasons if "Rangers" throw money at their promotion bid.

They spent about 50 million to win the third division, money would almost certainly be thrown at the First.
