Don't recall ever leaving early before but left after 85 minutes of that shite. I couldn't face sitting for 40 minutes in that bloody car park after watching another shocking home performance. I think because I havent done away games this year i'm really struggling to enjoy this team. Players never looked bothered the full game. Nobody got pass marks. Except my pie. When you look at the two defeats to Partick, two to Killie, that shocker to County it's hard to put your finger on how we can be that bad. Proper Jeckyl and Hyde stuff. The home St Johnstone are relegation fodder. The away St Johnstone are Euro contenders. Problem is most of us watch the shite home one.

Not looking good today. Team really struggling. Bad pass back from ando. Wouldn't sit for Clark and his clearance was brilliantly hit first time by Mackenzie. Needs a change but short of options on the bench. Team needs a leader today.

Car park has been a total nightmare lately. When you drive 1hr 20 to get to the football sitting in the car park for 40 minutes after another shite home performance isn't much fun. Funnily enough don't mind so much when we win. Maybe the club can arrange a few home wins but if not I hope they sort the chaos sometime soon.

I'd be happy to see us go 4-5-1 on Sat. I understand the clamour for two strikers at home but our strikers don't tend to play as partners. I think we're much stronger with a packed midfield and getting runners into the box.

Good to see Kane hitting one from distance. If I have one criticism of this team is we are reluctant to shoot at times. Craig, Swanson and Alston are probably the exceptions.

Hard to know who's telling the truth between Saints and Swanson but what's certain is it's affecting his football. He's hardly kicked a ball since Christmas. One way or another we need to sort it out so we can get him playing well again.

I wouldn't give up hope of 4th quite yet. We are capable of winning games against Aberdeen, Hearts and Rangers. The split could also be interesting. Maybe Tommy will figure out how to best the bottom teams at home. You never know.

For as much as we were shit first half I think the result is tainting our second half performance a bit. It really wasn't that bad. If any of Macleans, Kanes or Alstons close efforts bad gone in we'd be reflecting very differently. Yes the first half was rotten. Yes it's identical to how we've played against County, Kilmarnock and the last time against Thistle at home. But we did improve second half and we should have scored at least one. We actually played more football second half today than any time in the win against thistle last week.

Millar was absolutely fine today and was a tactical sub. He wasn't anywhere near our poorest player.

Very poor first half but don't think we were too bad after the break. Unfortunately today's game is a frequent occurrence at home against weaker opposition. Teams below us in the league know they just have to turn up and press us in the middle of the park and hit us on the break. Our central defenders didn't cope with their big strikers at all. Alston, Craig and Kane all improved us. Alston particularly can feel aggrieved to not be starting. I also think Murray Davidson is wasted in these types of games where the onus is on us to break teams down. Game completely passed him by. As usual, Foster and Clark passmarks.

Feel sick after that. Yes Celtic are a good side. Yes they may have won it regardless. But going 3-1 up after an hour would have given us a hell of a chance. Only Craig Thompson and whoever pays his wages will know what the **** those decisions were all about.

We won ugly but who cares. Brutal hoofball but street smart from Saints. Defended well, Clark with some good saves, Maclean with great anticipation and a wonderful finish then 45 mins of time wasting. Nice to see Cerny get a taste of his own medicine after all his years at Hamilton. Top performance from Chris Millar too. 6 points, 4 shots on target, 4 goals and 2 clean sheets. Hardly kicked a ball or broke sweat. Can't complain

Big big game tonight. Opportunity to seal top 6 100% if you ask me. Also with the top 4 playing each other a big chance to push our way in a bit more. This type of opportunity is normally one Saints would fail to take. We've seen it time and time again...chance to go second...lose at home to bottom six side. Chance to grab 3rd...lose at home to bottom six side. Lets hope the lads grab this one with both hands!

3 players for 2 positions is exactly the same as 6 for 4. Yes we can play with 1 striker but we could just as easily play 3 central defenders and Craig/Alston wing backs if we really had to. There's no getting away from it, we have poor depth in striking areas. Brown is happy with 5th. Most of us are. It's just a little frustrating when you see we could easily push for 4th with the way Hearts are at the moment but we just don't have that ambition. Considering the extra cash for finishing 4th and the fact we budget for 10th you'd think we would have something to spend.
