Dunfermline Saint
These seem to be more and more common, does anyone know what the reasons behind this is? If you look on the BBC website for example, the list of transfers show 3 confirmed amounts and 11 transfers with undisclosed fees. Most of the time the media says 'an undisclosed fee thought to be in the region of £x' so everyone has a decent idea what the player has gone for.
