saints have to try to get the youngsters to follow them as they are the future of the club rather then let them follow celtic or rangers!!!!...why would anyone born in perth choice to follow another team!!! very upsetting....saints also need to push the youth teams more i personaly think saints should invest as much as possible in to it and not just spare change it should be given priority, then in a few years we will be producing players like stevie may every year instead of once in 30 years

its going to be very difficult to replace stevie may before stevie was playing in the first team we got through something like 20 strikers over a 5 year period and only one f.sandaza could score more than 10 goals a season...to many cut backs and quality players leaving over the summer

thats why we got mcfaden in to add quality to the squad

tommy wrights mother passed away only a few months away maby it has affected tommy more than we all think and hes not getting the best out of his players it was only 6 months ago the team won the scottish cup and playing great football

i agree a special evening should be setup for tommy and the players for winning the scottish cup and be given the keys to perth what they achieved by winning the scottish cup was incredible after 130 years of trying and making a lot of peoples dream come true

for a team like ours to reach the scottish cup final was incredible for us to actualy WIN IT words cant describe what that ment and will never be taken away i remember supporting saints as a lad through the 80s and 90s i would of never throught or even dreamt of us winning the cup and i was lucky enough to be there my girlfriend drove me 600 miles round trip to the final but sadly we have now broke up

tommy wright is a st johnstone legend what hes done at the club in the short time hes been hear is incredible he could of went to millwal but wanted to stay at saints i can see him being hear for years but if he ever does go i would genuinely shake his hand and wish him well

The more i hear about tommy wright the more i like him, a man of his word such a humble guy he says its a privilage to manage a team like saits but after winning the Scottish cup with saints am sure he could have his pick of teams...am upset at Stevie may leaving but if tommy wright left would of been more upset so difficult to find such a genuine guy and great manager in football these days!! After last season Europe Scottish cup league cup and now Europe this season and releasing 5 players hoe can the budget be so bad to sell a player like Stevie may for £800.000

800.000 for steviemay a ridiculous price for such a young talented player while Dundee unt had 5 million for there 2 players..really disappointed should of got Stevie to sign new contract straight after the cup win when he said he wanted to stay we all new he would leave one day but if he had 1.5 million etc for him wouldint of been so bad
