soupy76
Based at St Madoes, Perthshire which is reached from the A90 Perth- Dundee Road, at the Glencarse junction. Request for Raffle Prize As a member of the Pitfour 2006 children’s football club to ask your support for our family fun day and football tournament which will be a great local event. It will be held on July 4th between 10am – 4pm The fun day and football tournament will have enough to keep everyone entertained. Alongside the football tournament there will be an inflatable fun station, face painting, freestyle football workshops, a mini pitch for little kickers, a professional player appearance along with refreshments, Bbq and prize stalls. The event has been embraced by the local community with entrants from throughout Tayside. In order to help ensure our 2015 event is a success I am writing to ask if you would be able to contribute a prize for our raffle. Your contribution will be very much appreciated and will be acknowledged in our publicity, both before and during our event. The football club is long established and benefits local children who wish to represent the club. Any money raised will go toward upgrading equipment for the 2006 squad. Thank you very much for considering this request and should you have any further questions you can contact me via pm. Any prizes you are able to offer can be collected or sent in. ( address via pm ) Thank you for your support. Scott Campbell

HOODLUM65
Played against Pitfour when half their team were called Laing. Recall a bulldozer of a centre forward Norman Laing who mowed all in front of him. It was probably Amateur league, more than fifty years ago. We got revenge when we won 7-

soupy76
How did it go ?? Did you receive the packet from me ? Sent a reply via pm mate,,, the event at the start was a complete wash out, the rain was battering off the ground.. We arrived at 8am with a due start time of 10am and we hummed and hawed about cancelling, any hoo,,the 2 dundee utd boys teams chose to walk away due to conditions and another team from perth headed too.. Because of the weather and how far teams travelled we decided to give the boys 1 game each... After the 1st game the rain eased off and we decided to play another,In the end we were still playing games at 2pm,,we made best out a bad situation and the teams that stayed got a good few games...Bouncy castles never turned up along with a pile of other things we organised,,, we still raised about £400 which is good considering,,,if the weather was better and all the teams stayed we could have double it,,,,all in all, we are happy with it and the boys enjoyed it also,,,,thanks for your support in donating a prize
