This is bang on the money. We consistently undersell ourselves - we are not bad as we make ourselves out to be. But playing 4-6-0 just plays up to our poor view of ourselves. Any manager who decides to play that formation should be sacked. Terrible, terrible decision and a complete insult to the game. Even one striker can at least try and hold the ball up and relieve some pressure from the defence. Explain that to the travelling support you have paid good money to see the game. The Czechs are not the team they once were and have just come off the back of a poor result against Lithuania. Unbelievable...

Yup, it's a friendly, so the result means sod all. The players who were at the World Cup deserve a punishment of some sort. At least this will give Blanc a chance to give others a go - most likely youngsters. I wouldn't be surprised to see Anelka, Evra maybe even Ribery and Benzema (what with their scandal) not playing for France again.
