  1. Good luck tonight troops (from a Celtic fan). It's a big ask but you've got the firepower to hurt these lot, get those shooting boots on!
  2. Celtic fan here, wishing you the best of luck in this tie, would be great to see you reach the Playoffs. Hopefully you would get a team more accessible so you can have another good away trip! On a side note I do stats analysis for a bookmaker and you have a good chance here, you're actually favourites in the tie at about 53% likely to go through vs 47% for Minsk. Come on you Saints win or draw tonight then finish the job at Fortress McD next week!
  3. Celtic fan here, am massively looking forward to tonight's game. If that XI that someone posted on the previous page is right, I think you have a chance. Hopefully big Tade and wee Nigel can come out swinging and nick a goal before half-time, then there will be everything to play for. Really nice to see the mutual friendship and respect between the two clubs too. COYS St J 2 - 0 Eses (after extra time) Penalty shoot out victory for the Saints (I can dream can't I )
  4. Best of luck lads, I've been really looking forward to this game for a while. Will be watching the game closely, hopefully Hasselbaink will cause them some problems. If you can get an away goal and stop them from scoring 3+ I think you have a great chance at McDiarmid Park next week. On a side note, I'm shocked to see how long the odds are against you. Think I might take a cheeky wee punt on EsEs not to win, great value at 3.94.
  5. Celtic fan here, coming in peace. Just wanted to wish you well in your European qualifier. I think it'll be very tricky against any Turkish side, whether it's Fener or Eskisehirspor, but hopefully you can snatch an away goal and then get a result in Perth. Losing Sandaza is a big blow but I hugely rate that wee Hasselbaink, hopefully he can fill some of the void left by Fran. Must be a nightmare not knowing for sure which team you're facing. We had a similar situation last season with that whole Sion debacle, I was wanting to travel to the away game in Madrid but a week before the match we didn't even know if it was going to be us or Sion playing them - total nightmare but it sounds like you've got the right idea by booking flights early doors. Anyway, best of luck and my fingers are crossed that you can make it to the third round. Would be great to see Scottish clubs getting some success in Europa this year.
