Sitting 8-10 hours a day with occasional international travel (so sitting again). I cannot bare sitting at my desk for more than two hours at a time unless I have some important report to get out. Always go out for a coffee in the morning, always go out of the office for an hour at lunch and always nip out mid afternoon.

I started a job as a croupier a couple of months ago so standing for me.

If I could change one thing it'd be more Saturdays off. Aberdeen the other night is the first game I've managed since Tannadice in October.

I know a lot of Casino management executives through a close contact, let me know if you are looking for work out of Scotland

" Lunch breaks " trendy and new way of staying fit and fighting against stress ( wich is a killer...from Sweden. during the lunch break the workers get together and dance. all ages concerned and all professions included. for an hour. must have an impact on obesity = diabetice = high blood pressure = less brain and heart attacks and the list continues.good idea imo and should be taken futher compulsssary sport paid by the gouverment the patronate and the work force itself and no more social security social deficit and in the bargain you have a fitter and more Zen populace just a wee dream and letting it go to where ever it goes, merci la ganja je t' aime XXX
