sainteedoug
now we are in the SPL does this mean we will have all four stands open for the first game of next season so he get a good crowd in and become saints 12th man
Mike180279
Depends on who we are playing. I suspect that the last game at Morton showed that no matter how big the occasion we dont need the ormond for our supporters - just! I can see both ends being open for OF Games, Hibs and Aberdeen to accomodate away support.
Saintcraig
Yeah I think it'll be a matter of who we are playing and how things are going. If the support is like 7k then defo but if not then no chance. Expect games to be tickets though! I cant see shenanigans like the East stand queues against Morton being something the club want to repeat very often.
Over the Road
I can see both ends being open for OF Games, Hibs and Aberdeen to accomodate away support. Was speaking to a couple of Arabs at work today, think we might need it open for them as well.

The Morton and Dundee Games were very unique, both times the club were caught out. OF will bring their support (less than before though) which will probably mean tickets but outside of that I dont think there will be a need unless we have a 6 pointer in terms of a European or Relegation Battle. Only time will tell but if they aint planning on opening the Ormond you might get a surprise for games such as United, Hibs, Hearts, Aberdeen (OF obviously). Anyway I'm sure you'll remind me when/if I'm proven wrong
TheBigCheese
I don't think the Saints crowd will go up enough for it to be an issue. The Midden get about 4,000, Falkirk get about 5,000, ICT get about 4,000, Hamilton get about 3,000. We'll be lucky to get 3,000 home fans for your average game and I think the normal away allocation will be enough for all bar the old firm. St Mikey
Think it will be trial and error for a few games. Reckon who stadium will be open for games v Hearts, Hibs, United, Aberdeen and Auld Firm. Can't see anymore though.
tony_polster
What will the deal be for OF games? House them in Ormond/North Stand/Part of main Stand?

Unless the OF bang on about this admin charge for selling their tickets, in which case they can f** off and ormond stand stays closed! Do what Aberdeen and Utd did in that case, charge the OF £1 extra when coming to McDiarmid Park....
