Must be Thatchers fault I take it that this is a ruse by the Conservative Government getting their own back on the Scottish builders who buried Scotland related flags etc under Wembley -----we are getting Maggie at the old Caithness Glass Car Park ---sounds a bit like thon King found at Leicester Car park ---Its a conspiracy !!
