Kilmarnock I think. I'm sure he scored the equaliser (or possibly the winner) in a 2-1 at Rugby Park. erchie
Edstar101
I just remember him being unfairly sent off against Celtic at McD, coincidentally when it looked like we may have beaten them
Kyle
I just remember him being unfairly sent off against Celtic at McD, coincidentally when it looked like we may have beaten them I remember that being a total stonewall red card! Was the Celtic player not right through on goal and Gartland took him out? I'm sure the referee gave it as a second booking, but could've been a straight red on it's own for denying a clear goalscoring opportunity. Wasn't Gartland's biggest fan, but he was always a good option for us. Felt there was potential in an Anderson/Gartland centre back partnership, but no one can really argue against the impact Duberry had on our defensive record and on Anderson. franco
He was decent in our first season up but in our second season up he struggled, the game v Brechin in the cup was probably his worst performance.

Honest Saints Fan
He was a great guy. A very good friend of mine organised with the club for a player to phone me on my 21st birthday to wish me well. Garts called me and spoke for a good 10 minutes. Great gesture. Decent 1st division defender but wasn't ever going to be good enough for premiership.
sjfc99
Always remember checking my phone at work, and would often see Gartland - Yellow Card and then a goal two minutes later from resulting free kick conceeded
