monkfish
The question's been asked a few times before, but everyone knows a poll answers all. I think Millar is possibly the most divisive player in the current squad. I don't understand how someone can put in a good performance every 5 games and get relatively little stick, while the no less inconsistent Gavin Swankie gets far more of a hammering. To me when he is on his game he can be excellent, but he isn't consistent enough to merit a regular place in the team or even the squad at the current time. Discuss. 101 Saint
He's a very good central midfielder but he can't play on the right wing. His problem is that Moon, Morris and Craig are better players in his only position.
Perth-Saint
I honestly think he is excellant when he is playing to his maximum.
Broon
If he can improve his concentration he'd be very good but too many misplaced passes and gets caught in possesion too much. Seems better off the bench - not sure why. Still rate him though when he's on his game.
Finners
I don't understand the moaning of some folk, if millar comes on and scores the winning goal against killie then they'll all shut up then one 'below-par' game and they're out in force again - more like OF fans these days! Dooj
Depends on the question - are you asking about natural ability? effort? consistency? From what I have seen he has demonstrated that he does have the potential to be a great player but it is also clear that he doesnt demonstrate this often enough. Think it is way too soon to write him off though.
herdo
In a 4-5-1 formation against Rangers, Celtic, Hibs and Dundee Utd, he would be the first name on my team sheet.

101 Saint
It's one of the available options is it not???? It's no' like you not to have a very loud opinion of a player. I'm concerned for you.
herdo
i would like to see our full backs joining in the play with the midfield and pushing them forward a bit more The 2 full backs are excellent going forward and linking with wide players, i think its more important that they work on the defensive side of their game. ...but thats nothing to do with this thread, this thread is about Chris Millar. Marty
If he got a decent run in the team and got a bit of confidence then I think he would be one of our best players

SQUIDGER
As moon showed on Saturday. with his below par performance, it is difficult to play on the wide right and you end up getting sucked into the centre, when thats where you are used to playing. I dont think anyone can deny his commitment when he is on the park.

Sir Julius Fuffington
Dont like these polls much, but voted nonetheless. Good midfielder, he is (understandably) affected by some in the crowd when he makes a stray pass form time to time and the rumblings start. andrew
He's awright.. Needs to do much better though.. I clicked on poor by mistake - meant to say alright. He does have potential though, but he's too inconsistent for me right now. Pass for Granny's goal at Hamilton and second half v Falkirk - more of that and I'll move him up another notch in the poll. More of the performance v Hearts and I'll move him down. Oh wait, I see it now. He's a yo-yo player.
