Apart from one employees opinion, how are you in a position to judge his coaching qualities? eg were you a keeper who has been coached by a specialist professional goalkeeping coach, have watched a few of Marshalls coaching sessions and can therefore compare them to your own expetiences? Is Duffy's improvement measurably down to Marshall's coaching? Why are creating your own argument? 101 is not a goalkeeping coach and has never claimed to be, he has given an opinion based on second hand knowledge. Would you like everyone to write a 2 page disclaimer about how thy don't have any coaching badges before they comment on tactics? If you disagree with 101s assessment then fair enough, but at least give a counter argument instead of questioning credentials that it's already been admitted are absent. I'm just trying to clarify why he is in a position to make such definate statements about someones coaching ability. Where did he admit his crudentials are absent? I dont know the guy from Adam.
