Invernessaint Posted December 19, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 19, 2012 Just a quick note to say that we enjoyed our first meeting of the Highland Saints on Monday evening. Of the 20 people who have registered interest, 10 came along with most of the others contacting me to say cannot attend but will come to next meeting. There was one who was so excited turned up a week early!!!. Its all looking really good. I thought the 10 of us got on so well and were all a great bunch of guys united by their love of all things St.Johnstone. We decided to hold a more formal gathering after the holiday period to constitute the club properly. I will be emailing everyone with a bit more detail of the discussions in due course. The date of the next meeting is Monday 21st January at 7.30 PM , Inshes Gate. It was great meeting you all! It was great to meet you all at our first meeting. We may not be overlooking the sacred turf we all love or even be in the shadows of it, being way up here in the Highlands but it doesnt make our little club any less important, we all still love the Saints. Lets make 2013 a good year for our newly formed club and hopefully make lots of new like minded friends, and help spread the word of the Perth Saints. COYS. Taken advantage of the two game offer as staying in Perth over the weekend. Not a bad deal at all. Need to beat ICT though or never hear the end of it from Caly guys at work!
