How long will it take for Jeff to realise what harm Wright is doing to our club? The man has very little idea of tactics. His man management abilities are now being seriously called into question. As a Saints supporter for over 50 years and a season ticket holder for many of them (as far back as Muirton Park) I now fell enough is enough. It is time to change, and that includes the coaching staff. Our team today looked as if they had never trained together let alone played a serious football match together. The playing squad is inbalanced, although there is a lot of talent there. It needs a manager and coaching staff to make them gell and bring out the best in them.

60 minutes of dug shite, I'm not wasting my time watching shit poor defending.  2nd game in 30 years that I have walked out early, where do I go to get a refund for todays ticket, players should have their wages docked. Abysmal.
Pop star wannabes.   4 horrendous goals to concede, Christmas is next month for gifts.
TW aint going no where  he was never offered jobs when successful, doubt he'll get offers just now on last 12-18 months of anti football.
Well done TW for playing May alone and isolated, so entertaining!!

Sorry BH he has had loads of time & transfer window to sort things out. The problems have been there since January . look at the results. Any wins we had were against the likes of Dundee & Brechin.
The transfer window was an embarrassment.

I love Tommy and always will but over the last 10 months it feels more and more like we need a fresh pair of eyes.  There is a case if it wasn't Tommy our form since Jan would of seen another manager on a very shoogly peg, if not gone.
We rightly stuck with him but this summer was an embarrassment, not just Tommy fault I may add.  It just feels that he has lost some of his drive.  I would however this seems to stems from Chairman down as well.
Sticking with Tommy just because you cant think of anyone to replace him his hardly a good reason.  We are not 'in that world' as it were so have no idea who is out there.  Would we of predicted at the time Tottan, Sturrock, Coyle, Lomas etc.  Although a Lomas introduction I doubt Wright was on anyone's radar.

We are not too good to go down at all. Yes we have on paper a great looking attacking midfield and striker but our defence is by far the worst in the league, poorly assembled and simply not good enough. This is why we are not too good to go down!

Well today was the day I decided that it’s time for Tommy to fall on his sword and move aside. The performance today was abysmal, embarrassing and showed the deficiencies in his ability to set up a team, manage recruitment and influence a games outcome. It really angers me when so many come on here with the constant ‘who’s better that is going to replace him’ or ‘be careful what you wish for’ etc. WAKE UP, we are going down, sleep walking to relegation! Is TW really our only choice? Of course not and it’s incumbent on the board to identify a successor. Livi, St Mirren, Killie have all recently brought in fresh management blood and are reaping the benefit. To say that there are no suitable replacements is just plain stupidity and I now hope the board have ideas of who they want to take over. TW is a legend, would love a stand named after him but it’s time for fresh blood.

We’ve two games before the end of the “first round of fixtures” Get someone in sooner rather than later. None of this vote of confidence from the board then lingering on till December then doing it & giving a new manager funds in January to try & give us a chance of avoiding relegation when we’re adrift at the bottom. Do it now, be decisive & give a new manager as much time as possible to address this

“What a strike! It's against the run of play, but Jonathan Obika puts the home side in front with an impressive overhead kick. Sam Foley's free-kick causes a stramash in the penalty box, Kirk Broadfoot flicks the ball on and up goes Obika to spectacularly hook it into the bottom corner”

How much more. How many times. How many more excuses. Enough is enough. We’ve now given the lowest scorers in the league a goal start and something to defend in the second half whilst we’ll be chasing the game again. 45 minutes for someone to save his job or it’s a case of all good things must come to an end

Offering this job was a means of getting him away from Kilmarnock where he was seen to be a threat to the progression of Sevco.
Clarke should have stayed at Killie and applied the Grass/Greener/Other side - rule.

Damned if you do damned if you don't
If you do replace him and it does not work out the cries of I told you we have kept Tommy will be resounding
If you don't and we get relegated to the Championship for a number of years the shouts of I told you we should have replaced him before we got relegated will be echoed around Perth.
    Only time will tell.
Most senior clubs are seen as a business and if the manager is failing to get results, he is replaced and his previous record goes out the window as there is no room for sentiment in a business. Are we a business or a family club, who will tailor their budget for what ever division we are in. Will the support and season tickets fall or will supporters stay loyal to the club and Tommy should we fall?

"Shut it down" is the classic position when you have a weak position and can't really argue with reality or the opposing view.  In the context of Saints current predicament, it comes from living in the past.  We won a cup and had some high league finishes under the current manager, which of course was brilliant. However, MOH, Danny and now Stevie back at the club (some multiple times) don't give a sense of moving forward.  I believe that managers and players have a shelf-life at any club, and god knows, we could do with some fresh ideas and perspective now.  As to the question that's always asked - "who would replace Tommy?" - has Paul Sheerin's name been mentioned?  Did a pretty good job with Arbroath when he was there until you could argue he hit the skids with a club not equipped to play in the higher league he got them into.  His record with U20s since has been quite impressive as I understand it.

I said much the same on twitter earlier. TW not actually seeing the deficiencies in our tactical setup is setting off major alarm bells for me.
We seem to constantly go behind with his shape, then we he changes things and goes 2 up with 20 mins to go, all of a sudden the game changes.
I am now very, very concerned and I wasn’t before.
