Then, they send admission letter (like this) to club address a couple of days before the draw and publish official access list. After that, a week before the match teams send A and B squad list.
 

No its only the 2nd round that happens because the draw for the 1st and 2nd round are at the same time. The draw for the other rounds are made after the ties so we would be not be seeded in the playoff as well if we got there

I think Rangers have just picked up the Country Coefficent, which is enough to get them seeded.

There were some surprising changes in First Qualifying Round but we remain in seeded group.  Also, we will be at favored side of the draw in Round 2 and unseeded in possible Rounds 3 and 4.

For now we are seeded team, 5 rows above the line and will need to cheer for teams below us to finish at their respective places in order to stay at favored side of the draw.
