  1. I sincerely hope Livi go down, but with Robbo in charge I think this is unlikely. Dundee will be an unknown quantity and I doubt Gretna will win the league although they will be a strong mid table side. Saints have a very good chance of taking the title but we need to get off to a really strong start, finding the goal scoring touch and getting the wins under our belt early. If we fall behind early on I think we would struggle to scrap our way into contention mid season.
  2. You should charge entry for this, could net you a few bob!
  3. Lord Watson of Invergowrie, everyones' favourite Dundee United (Are Shite) fan, has been released from prison after serving 8 months of his sixteen month sentence for wilful fire-raising after he was caught on CCTV torching curtains at a posh Edinburgh hotel. Twisted Fire Starter Mike Watson
  4. I'm not sure I represent any Perth hood. I have lived in Letham, North Muirton and the City Centre as well as teuchterland, weegieland and now finally Angus. To be honest the only thing that really ties me to Perth now is Saints.
  5. hadn't noticed the url and I don't get out to the pictures much Cheesy so on initial viewing I didn't know where the John Cusack/Colm Meaney clips came from. The concept was just too ridiculous even for Hollywood. Very well done I thought. Leonard Delpippo is a little turd isn't he?
  6. this is a spoof? it is isn't it? got to be? where's my medication?
  7. This week I have been mostly listening to: Beauty Queen by Hoboken, I am the Drug by Salon Boris and the Rotherham Sessions by Client. The car stereo has been mostly playing John Foxx's back catalogue.

    Movies

Nah, best film ever was "Time Bandits", but have spare pants ready, you will absolutely piss yourself.
  9. He must have moved up in the world then. A burrow in Craigie sure beats a shack on the Dundee Road.
  10. Poor bloke. I hope they gave him the job he went for.
  11. not sure. He is really wee, looks a bit like a troll.
  12. My favourite worthy is the really wee guy, with huge gingery beard (he used to have gingery matted dreadlocks too but he's a bit balder now). He runs around everywhere usually in his wellies, talking to himself and generally cursing under his breath. He is also often on his bike. I think he lives in a shack of some description down the Dundee Road somewhere.
  13. I must admit to being partial to these particular rice snacks. Very tasty indeed. The salt & vinegar ones are jolly nice too. I kid myself they are helathier than crisps but I doubt that's the case. Apparently they hail from Oz.

    Texas

Sharleen is most attractive, but I find the music very bland, with the odd exception. I've seen them live a couple of times as the wife likes Texas, but I wasn't that impressed. The music's just not my cup of tea.
  15. Might change his seat when he starts getting pelters from the moaners!
  16. I thought Donnelly was a good player, a very good player in fact, but he didn't show it nearly enough when he was with us. As far as I am aware Pars fans have been less than impressed by him, so I can't understand why anyone would want him back when he has underachieved at his last two clubs (one of which was Saints).
  17. no thanks, arab tink
  18. This situation is bollocks. Every bloody year the same. Meadowbank Thistle and even Scumdee United have launched their new strips and are taking orders (see today's Tully) and the latter doesn't even have their sponsor lined up yet. If we can't get further up Xara's pecking order then we should find a kit supplier who can meet the needs of the Club AND the fans. Can any of you Radford types do an audit of clubs in the Premier and First Divisions to say who the kit suppliers are and when replica kits are available etc?
  19. If I go, I will applaud St Midden getting their trophy. Life's too short to let seething resentment take over. Over the season they were better than us, simple as that. Let them enjoy their 15 minutes of fame. It'll be over soon enough.
  20. I'm working in Glasgow in the morning so might head through to Paisley after that. Can't say I'm particularly enthusiastic about it though.
  21. Oh, I really hope they go for Lambert. He's so shite it's unbelievable.
