With Dundee and one of the highland clubs playing in the final [almost certainly] for the sake of the fans it should be Perth. A bit of money for St Johnstone and less travelling for both sets. Who the hell wants to go into darkest Fife, the highlanders have enough distance to travel without going to Fife.To hell with SFL ground criteria, put the fans first.[A few pints in the Bee bar, yee ha].

Confirmed at McD!

ALBA Challenge Cup Semi-Finals are due to take place this Sunday with two exciting matches involving Dundee v Annan Athletic and Inverness Caledonian Thistle v Ross County, which is being shown live on BBC ALBA.

For you information the Scottish Football League have decided that the ALBA Challenge Cup Final will be played at McDiarmid Park, Perth on Sunday, 22nd November, 2009 with a 3.00 p.m. kick-off.

good move travel wise for clubs involved but a bad move i think if Dundee make it . fear there could be a bit of bother. that was the point of the origional thread. hope i am wrong.
