Willie Peat
Changing the subject slightly - here are some Perth/Perthshire goalies who never played for Saints but did well with other clubs. Jim Blyth (Coventry); Jim Rollo (Liverpool and Hibs); Dave McLaren (Dundee); Norrie Martin (Rangers); Donald Mackay (Dundee United); Hamish MacAlpine (Dundee United). Can anyone think of any others? (Dave McLaren was the brother of Saints' 1950's goalie Roy McLaren and I think that there was a third brother who also played senior football.)
