Have to agree with Ed, Sergai was the greatest. What fitba vision he had, beautiful passes and a nice man.

I wish I could obliterate Billy Stark from my memory banks. Old age might do it for me. I just hated, and I don't use that word often, the way he used to count the blades of grass in front of the dug out with his arms crossed. I like to see emotion from the management team.

Good player. Won't regret breaking my ankle fetching the ball to throw back to him at pitodrie so much if he becomes a saintee.

Agree with Letham, it will be interesting to see the turnout. I don't think it will come near the recent referendum.
We have to get rid of the Toryfeckers.

Any party who even contemplate taxing the disabled benefits is a bottom feeder. Quite apt for the Tories though.

Hi Jad. What you are asking is already in place. If you call the club's ticket office on 01738 455000 and ask about season tickets for disabled supporters they will give you the details.
The meeting went well last night. Tommy Wright answered questions and gave his views on a range of subjects and also stayed on to hear a summary of the issues and difficulties which disabled fans face when attending matches home or away, and how we have gone about resolving a number of them. Next month our guest will be Roddy Grant (last Thursday in May at 7pm).
For example, at away matches, buses park anything up to half a mile or more from the ground depending upon where the stadium is in a particular town or city. Disabled and elderly fans are having to struggle to walk back to the bus and this is not acceptable. We raised the matter at national level (Scottish Disabled Supporters Association - scottishdsa.co.uk) and this led to a meeting last week with the Assistant Chief Constable in charge of operations for Police Scotland. He outlined a procedure whereby this issue could be resolved with a little advanced planning. It is something we hope to see in place for next season - not only for St Johnstone fans, but for travelling supporters of all clubs. At McDiarmid Park we are pleased that the club responded positively and quickly to requests for a ramp at the club shop and radar locks on disabled toilet doors. Other issues we have identified may take a little more time but the club have been very good and we have a positive relationship with them. This group gives disabled supporters a chance to be heard and removes the frustration of dealing with matters as individuals. Above all, we are providing information, which is often all that is required as a lot of people remain uninformed regarding disabled access at football matches, and experience unnecessary difficulty as a consequence.
The SJDSA have a Facebook page - the St Johnstone Disabled Supporters Association.
If you have any more questions please let me know.

Cameron is claiming on Sky News that, if elected, he will create 1000 new jobs a day.

Call me cynical old socialist bustard, but if he can create these jobs after getting re elected, and keeping his job, why couldn't he do during this Parliament.

Well said Montrose. Fitba is supposed to be a simple game where the referee has the last word.

Personally, I think Sellickfootballclub look stupid over this.

Not intending to sound sour grapes, but if the CO is going to look at all instances like this (and let's face it, he's only looking at this because septic got upset and claim it changed the result), what about instances of refereeing mistakes like the Frazer Wright goal i posted above where he was given offside when he was 4 yards on - that changed the outcome of the game.  Who gets offered a ban then?  the linesman?

It's a farce.  Refereeing decisions probably do even themselves out over a season, give or take, but if everything is to be scrutinised in this way, the clear bias of the SFA towards septic and the other lot WILL create an imbalance in their favour.  Remember of course that all these additional suspensions will hit teams with smaller squads, imposed by the bias towards the ugly sisters in the first place.  FFS the game is ****ed if we keep on down this road.

For me, it's not so much the decision itself that bothers me (it should have been a penalty) but more how Celtic have reacted. Talk about toys out of the pram! They have just made themselves look very petty and childish. They should have just taken the defeat on the chin! You cannot argue every decision in a game retrospectively. The whole thing is in danger of turning into chaos. The big test will be what happens the next time Celtic get a dodgy decision. Should they take it upon themselves to highlight that too? The big winners in this however are Falkirk and Aberdeen. Falkirk as the Cally build up will be dominated by this, plus they might have meekings suspended. Aberdeen may benefit too, depending on Celtics reaction. If the players still feel hard done by, they might just slip up a bit.
Anyway, Celtic, always cheated, never defeated. Well done ICT, go and make your own cup final memories.

Oh Gosh those chaps at Celtic have written a clarification letter to those beastly chaps at the SFA following Alan Muir (remember him against Livingston when Sheerin scored and 2 of the livvy chaps encroached -Muir gave free kick to Livvy and was eventually banned !) denying them a "penalty"...Muir apparently told the Reffy chappy that it hit the Inverness chappies Moosh and not his hand.

Now how many times have Celtic got a dodgy decision and never once did anyone write a letter.

    Bad grapes chaps !

Yet again the SPFL shows how its own incompetance can be stretched to even further limits.

Tries to move the Hearts Sevco fixture to Sunday, and can't understand why Hibs and Hearts cause a stink, with both clubs using the words "Sporting Integrity" on their websites.

Name one other footballing organisation that would try to give one club an advantage over it's rivals?

The backlash has been large enough to have the fixture put back to Saturday, with all clubs having the same kick-off time.  What are the chances of the Sevco game having a delayed start for some reason, to give them a 5 minute advantage.

Remember how Saints missed out on promotion because Gretna had the same advantage.

I can't work out in which proportions Doncaster is biased, incompetant or just plain stupid.

id love to know where the massive influx of nonattending fans are coming from? we already have have a
proportionate number of fans compared to even the biggest cities. there are after all a finitie number of football fans regardless of any success or quality of football.   rather than us saying why didnt we beat killie, Killie fans might also be saying, remember when we used to pump wee teams like sjfc?!
