Absolutely. Would accept relegation and a Scottish Cup win, not that I think that the former will happen

We have all experienced the European adventures and the victories that go with them - that cannot change and will always be part of our history (to date) BUT I am sure we would all like to get that piece of silverware that the club deserves - why stop at the Scottish cup perhaps and maybe mibbee we could win the SPFL title.....

Surely they've done the 6 match deal in case they get called for duty and are away for a few months of the season. Good initiative if you ask me, far to much negativity for Saints trying to do a good deal.

Think you need to take it as the club addressing alot of issues one step at a time
 
They cannot introduce everything in one week (bear in mind they had hell of time getting Belarus sorted, Hearts tickets processed and other day to day things that go on)
 
Think we need to applaud them for this great idea and wait for the next "new" exciting announcement that will surely be coming along.
 
Personally feel the club are doing everything they can to encourage a "feel good " around the place.
 
The club is buzzing and we should get behind them rather than criticise every single thing

The media have hated Saints since Geoff sacked Alex Totten.

What does that tell you about how bothered they are to help their club financially and support their players in this difficult time?

If Saints were in the same situation and we were generously getting some gate money back from an away team, a bloody application form would not stop me from getting to that game to support my club and ensure their survival.

We would not see the money if we let them sell the tickets themselves.

This is the first time that I have been glad I couldn't afford to go.

with the suggestions about the skills videos yeah that's something I've been thinking about but has been hard to get round to at the minute since there's a lot of friendlies/European games at the minute but once the fixtures settle down I'll get on it cos yeah I'd be really good to do some videos aimed at kids. also I think fans suggested before about doing a European special video where I interview ex-players who played in past European games... I didn't have time to do it before the Rosenborg ones but should hopefully get 2-3 former players interviewed before next week so you should see a 1999 European memories video (that's the plan anyway!).

Not a Saints fan but i will be in Belarus for a wedding from Wednesday. A few of us would love to try and get to see the game. Any idea about tkt news? It is in Grodno i believe? Wedding venue is not too far from there. If i can get to the game i will take some pics and stick them up on this board.

Just to clear up a few points.
 
I can state with 100% honesty that IF Dylan Saints was reported to the police by somebody on WAP it was nothing to do with either the site owners or any of the mods and must have been somebody that knows his real identity. This was explained to the poster on Facebook whose posting was copied on to here - I wonder if his permission as sought - and he agreed with me that it was somebody with a grudge against him.
 
These young lads are the future of Saints, but just need to listen and take heed when asked not to harm the club with antics that add nothing to the atmosphere they are already creating. They also do not need the hangers on, trying to recapture their own youth, who egg them on by praising them for bits of stupidity. Uefa will be well aware of what happened, even if it was not noted at the time, and will likely come down very hard on Saints if there is  a repeat a week on Thursday.
 
All I ask, as one of the old moaning buggers, is that everybody stops the personal insults, calms down and shows some respect to each other and especially to the club we all love by not ignoring the the clubs appeals. 

Not convinced it will be 100k for Thursday if you allow for all the free kids but over the two legs there is no doubt that we will not have made a loss.

As long as we bring Minsk back to Perth and we're still in it I'd reckon we'd also break even at least.

I'd be pretty pissed off if we fielded a weakened side in the league. All for a bit of rotation where it's needed but what's the point of being in Europe if when we get there we risk missing out in future by not paying enough respect to our own league games.

Hearts might be a shambles but it's highly unlikely they are going to turn up and be rolled over.

Very disappointing that seats were damaged but easy to see how that happened when you watch the celebrations down that end. I just hope nobody intentionally damaged a seat.

Damaged seats, a few smoke bombs, one fan on the pitch at the goal and two at the end. It's not as bad as it could have been and I don't think anyone deserves a lifetime ban for any of that.

I think the biggest gripe people have is that the club specifically asked the fans not to do it, explaining the possible sanctions the club might face if they did and some of them saw fit to do it anyway. That's the disappointing thing. You have to wonder if them having their idea of a good time is more important to them than the club they claim to support?

I see some of the people involved, or who sit down there, defending the smoke bombs and the little invasion at the end and asking "what's the big deal?" Well, on one hand I do agree that smoke bombs seem harmless and the invasion of the pitch by two people was not as bad as hundreds of people going on. However, on the other hand, the club asked supporters not to do either of these things and none of us really know if Uefa would clamp down on that or not.

It matters not a jot if we think that sort of stuff is "harmless". It only matters what they think as they hold the power to discipline the club for it. We, as fans, hold the power to behave the way we are asked to on these occasions. People need to just control themselves a little bit better.
