One of the best aspects of the Sevco Summer, which has run on into this season, was the "we're all in it together" unity displayed by the supporters of all the other diddy clubs.

HOWEVER - the fact remains that Hearts (just like the Ibrox cheats before them) have systematically and deliberately failed to pay taxes over a long period of time - for the sole purpose of using the money to pay high wages, thereby gaining an unfair advantage on the football field. Their appalling behaviour has adversely affected the league position, cup runs and consequently the revenues earned by St Johnstone and every other club.

For that reason, I want to see them pay a heavy price - and that has got to mean serious league points deductions (or worse) and other sanctions. It's called "justice".

There could be many benefits to this , least of all savings on fuel costs for attending games? We might even get our own flag to rival that of the Edinburgh Saints!!!

Dont agree with all this poor support etc. We have to remember the times we live in. Its an expensive business watching football (far too expensive) and Perth simply doesn't have the same quality of jobs it had ten fifteen years ago, so folks can't afford to go.

The club are seeking to turn that around, but it won't happen overnight.

Thought Scobbie had a really decent first half considering he's not played for ages,don't think he was to blame for the goal,it passed too many before it got to Guy,and it looked offside anyway,but will need to see again.Surprised at some comments on Scobbie,can't be easy coming in and having to find match pace right away,after all Cuptie wasn't performing to his best for a few games and he'd been involved in every game.

As Liam Craig approaches his 200th game for Saints and five years at the club, I'd like to start a thread in appreciation of him. He has been a fantastic player for Saint and has chipped in with 36 goals, with 3 in the last 3, not bad from defence & midfield!!. He is a versatile player, has a great attitude and also bags many an assist too. If 3rd division players like Ian Black can make the Scotland squad, then why not Liam?
And who can forget that goal at East End Park??

I'm not sure. I'd like to think that if Dougie thought we had left Kim tied to a seat in the away end at Dens on Saturday and forgot to untie her and bring her home after the match, he would've called Dundee FC to enquire about her whereabouts before 4.45pm on Monday.

Based on this admittedly fairly bizarre logic, I reckon he loves Kim a wee bit more than the flag.

I don't think Kim loves the flag at all to be honest......
