geoff was right!!
didnt think i'd see irvine in some fans teams. You're not the only one!!! As much as I like him there's no way he gets near the classic XI
O'Rourke
Main (Donaldson who, but for injury, could have been our all-time number 1) Lambie (Treanor) Rooney (Rutherford) Rennie (Kernaghan) and Davidson (Colburn) Aird (Hartley) McCarry (Hardie) and Aitken (Dasovic) Hall (Pearson) Brogan (O'Boyle) and Connolly (O'Rourke) How I cant squeeze Steve Maskerey and Roddy Grant in there is beyond me. Remberbuck
All time legends XI with fingers crossed that what I have read about those I never saw is true: Sandy McLaren John Lambie; Sergei Baltacha; Jim Weir; Callum Davidson Robert Davidson; Nick Dasovic; Gordon Whitelaw; John Connolly. Henry Hall; Ally McCoist. Subs: Alan Main; Drew Rutherford; Buck McCarry; John Brogan; Jim Pearson Chairman: Robert Campbell - because he chose the Wembley Wizards, but Geoff Brown is very close. Manager: Willie Ormond, but happy to change to Del Boy if he does all he should. Reporter: Gordon Bannerman Tea lady: well ...

101 Saint
didnt think i'd see irvine in some fans teams. You're not the only one!!! As much as I like him there's no way he gets near the classic XI I think his recent performances will see him leave us and go onto great things. Bear in mind he's only played at this level for 2 seasons, before that he was an OF reserve. McQuillan played his career best football at Saints. Can't see him leaving but anyway what I was meaning was that over 30 years of watching saints there is no way he is close to my best 11 by a long way.
