The price is not an issue for me - we don't know when another euro adventure may come along and I want to enjoy and savour every moment of it. Get your arses into gear folks and come along on Thursday night and get behind the team FFS.

£25? a drop in the ocean in comparison to what I've shelled out over the last few weeks following the team.They could have quoted a lot more than that and I'd still go on thursday.I'm only here once and who knows when this magic will happen again and to the best of my knowledge there's no pockets in a shroud.

Easy street until some of the players (understandably) started to tire. When we failed to capitalise on our superiority and score more than the one goal, it felt like it was going to be one of those games where we were going to suffer at the hands of a late, scrappy equaliser. However, Hearts didn't really create anything at all.
 
Millar was a classic example of himself today. Worked tirelessly and was always looking for the ball. However, for all the space and possession he was afforded on the right hand side of midfield, not once did we get anything like a final product. I would have loved to have seen what Wotherspoon would have made of that space out there. Give Midge his due though, he kept going to the end and he gained a lot of ball in the closing stages and passed it on to Nige who had the fresh legs to run the Hearts defence into the corners and run down valuable time.
 
Ando was immense. Miller did okay coming in at centre half. Personally, I don't get the criticism of Scobbie....another solid performance today. Mannus did what he had to do, strong in the air at cross balls....looked very solid every time a cross came in.
 
MacDonald and Cregg were great again. The game kinda bypassed Muzz when he came on. Obviously, great goal by May, but, at times, you can still see he has a lot to learn. MacLean worked like a Trojan, chasing down everything and didn't get a single decision go his way against a CH who was all over him when the ball was in the air. He then got booked for being on the end of a frustrated challenge from Hamill (who, whatever pay cut he took to stay with Hearts is prob still being paid twice as much as he is worth) 

It's a 4.17% increase on the price for the previous round. No one who was going to go, isn't not going to go because of that.

My feeling is that if they could have rewarded the fans, they would have. They can't, because, as far as I understand it, it has cost Saints lots of money so far just to play in this competition. Which is completely bonkers. But it's the way it is.

Our qualification for Europe and subsequent wins (apart from being mind blowing) has brought about a strange phenomenon!
Anyone who knows me, knows I hold each of the old firm in equal contempt. However! Both in and out of the work place 'Sellick' fans without exception have been quick to congratulate my team for their success! Keen for Saints to progress and genuinely amazed with the results!
Sevco fans on the other hand?!? Not a peep, not a single peep!
In fact I heard from a colleague, that a forces of darkness fan said he couldn't wait until I came back from Norway so he could slag me off for our defeat?!

On this occasion, I couldn't play it 'cool' and swanked about asking 'how impressed are you with my team's result' etcetera?!
It really just reinforces how little we need Sevco in Scottish football...they bring nothing but bile & bitterness to the table! Our league is stronger without them!

Odds-on, in my view, that we will have a weak start to the league given all this European stuff. It's pretty common - Sellick last year, for example. Given Hearts 15-point penalty, but the fact that most of the papers still think they will finish above Thistle, it's not going too far (or is it) to say we are immune from relegation. So why not pile everything into the European dream and the League Cup early on, at the expense of the league? I think we would still be in with a chance of best of the rest in the league, with lots of Euros in the bank and mebbee, just mebbee,a cup.....

Not a chance for me - when you've seen your team pumped by the likes of Stranraer and the Shire, times like these are so much more special. That elusive cup win will be achieved. Believe!

Definitely not, thanks to Celtic, and astonishingly, ST JOHNTONE!!!!!! I think things get better next year cos of Celtics heroics last year (there's some sort of two year delay).

Well it was just general piss taking really. Especially going to school in Falkirk after losing 4-0 to Stenhousmuir and being seen on the telly when the penalty went in slumping over the barrier in disgust. That wasn't a fun day at School.
 
Thing was, it was always worth it when you walked in after a big win with a smile on your face. The other 364 days a year didn't matter then

Happy to see there is such a big demand for tickets already as I know a few who are buying on the day like myself. Could be a really big attendance with loads of home and away fans. P.S Huge congrats on result last night.
