According to todays PA there will be a meeting of the chairman of stjohnstone and fans representatives to discuss views on league reconstruction and other matters.
 
i take it this would be the select few airing there views and not the majority of fans.i would have hoped the club would have held a public meeting but at least there listening,albeit a small rump.
 
here is my views .
 
1/ ditch the 4 league games against same opposition.
 
2/ if you are forcing us to sit then you must introduce summer football.being forced to sit in sub zero temperatures like against kilmarnock is not on .
 
3/ one step forward two back.its time to tell television to go to hell.if they want to film games the clubs should dictate kick off times.
 
4/standing areas introduced.
 
5/ proper representation no a secret cabal and being drip fed whats happening at club.
 
6/free bovril,hot drinks when its fecking cold.

Dylan you do have a view but I'm glad I was n't there yesterday as I would of lost the plot. The guy is on the verge of getting us top 6 consecutive seasons and maybe getting us into Europe again for only the 4th time in our history. 2 of which with him in charge. Not to mention we still have a possibility of finishing 2nd,our highest ever position. I don't know what your reasons are cause you ain't really said. I don't get it myself. The guy is doing the job to the best of his abilities,with the budget available and for me deserves our backing. Another home game for us and hopefully another victory along the lines of Easter road the other week.

What are everyones plans for this? I wont finish work until at least 7pm so I will have to get down the road pretty quickly if I want to make kick off.

Well done Kev Heller, this is a great tribute to our Friends in Turkey and a smart strip to boot. I can see why some may see this as being strange but those of us that were lucky enough to have been in Turkey last year and are still in contact with some of the friendly people we met can fully understand this great gesture.

The club realy cant win can they. They have taken on board all the comments on various social media sites and come up with what looks a realy nice AWAY top yet are now getting slagged off for going too far. I wasnt lucky enough to be at the away leg against EsEs, but saw enough from thier (and to be fair our) fans to remind me what a great time you can have at a football match...and posted on a different thread on this forum at the time. The club should be congratulated on this innitiative not slagged off for going too far. I will definitely be buying one. Lets hope we can all wear one with pride on our next Euro trip in 4 months time!!!!!

Few things here for me:

1. Saints listened to fans
2. They responded to Social Media (well done the guy who set up the page)
3. They controlled their scoop and published it on the OS first
4. The strip looks good
5. It broadens to the appeal to include EsEs fans - more sales
6. The sponsor looks good
7. Badge is still round - good thing IMO
8. There will be no surplus stock as shirt sure to be retro/collectors ed.
9. The strips matches the McD seats!
10. Vertical stripes help hide me ponch!

(very few) Bad points
1. Badge still fuzzy-felt though
2. Top is not really anything bespoke

My [expert view]
1. The yellow strip is not attractive, no matter what style. In raw fashion terms, they always look p*sh on.
2. The light blue tops always look like faded home shirts (see point 1)

What else can the club do:
1. Set up a page for people to "pre-oder" - simple page, photo of the shirt, with an email box
2. Translate the page into Turkish, and accept Paypal payment
3. Reuse the emails to become the basis of a newsletter.
4. Pay WAP Jaimie to canvas all WAP members to have their email addresses released to the club to become the basis of a newsletter
