chips Posted July 17, 2011 Report Share Posted July 17, 2011 Just setting myself up for the day,have browned off mince and made up a bolongese Sauce from scratch and stirred it through,now been added to slow cooker where it will slowly simmer away till my return from the pub,which should be a bit of a jolly as i have infact won last nights bonus ball ! Stewin steak, leek, celery, red wine, flour, thyme, orange sweet potato, chicken stock, sliced up hard sausage (chorizo), garlic, onion, bacon. Cook on low for 8 hours.
