I am walking. Via Church on the Hill.

Brilliant choice, it's a cracking venue. I was there when Utd were in the semi & the final. That will be the only problem if Utd win their tie v Well, it tends to be a Utd base. However the upside is that at those semi & final both sets of fans were in pubs together & not a whiff of bother, just great banter.

Strathclydes finest didn't know what to do , bloody easiest pay day they have ever had on a final cos there was nae bother & no bigot brothers about.

Anyway good luck to all in your travel arrangements, my hotel is booked for the night before. Let's go get to this final & then win the cup. Haven't felt this good about a cup since 1969!

C'mon Saintees let's go for it!

To be fair Utd supporters are just trying to get things booked the same as we probably would be doing if we were in their position.

Just another wee pointer "the church on the hill" is run by an arab so be prepared for the fact that they will have first shout on booking in there but it was a great venue when both sets of fans were usuing it at last years final, outdoor barbie & beer tent.:D

Apparently, on twitter, East stand 5800 tickets initially. That's the wrong end for pubs although Asda will be open.

Thanks to Tuesday’s win over Brechin City at McDiarmid Park, the club and supporters now have a Scottish Cup semi-final to look forward to – our third such occasion since 2007.

Our opponents in that match will be known after next week’s replay between Motherwell and Dundee United at Fir Park and we can then look forward to the semi-final occasion which will take place at Hampden Park on Saturday 16th April with a 12.45pm kick-off.

The match will be screened live by both Sky and BBC.

The club met with the SFA at Hampden Park yesterday and can advise that our initial ticket allocation will be 5,800 with more available if required and the Saints support will be accomodated at the east end of The National Stadium.

Adult ticket prices will range from £18 to £25 and there will be Family Section tickets available priced at £15 for adults and £5 for kids.

More details of pricing plus details of how tickets can be obtained will be announced next week.
