outatimecow
"The team will be wearing a unique one-off cup final jersey on the big day" www.perthstjohnstonefc.co.uk What are you expecting to see? What would you like to see?
ex-montrosesaintee
I expect very similar to the 1998 shirt - exactly the same as the current shirt but with something like 2013/14 Scottish Cup Final St Johnstone v Dundee Utd Celtic Park, Glasgow 17th May 2014 written below the badge. It's pretty typical of what most clubs do in these circumstances, because I assume the shirt design is approved by sponsors etc, and to change it might be difficult. Just my thoughts, I don't know. Yeah I'm expecting this too. What I would like to see is a whole new look to commemorate our 1st ever Scottish Cup Final, maybe a different badge? outatimecow
A saints tartan top would sell like hot cakes Good call! Any "one-off" new top, that is different from our current home shirt, would sell incredibly well with so many fans making the trip over to the game from all over the world. SlickDT
Very short period of time to design, print and sell strip. Any new style of top is likely to be a generic strip surely?

Unless the club pretty much have next seasons strip already chosen, in which case this might just be a case of bringing it out early. Do we know if it is still Joma and GS Brown? BlueAndWhiteBlood
Our deal with Joma expires at the end of the season. Whether it will be renewed is anyones guess. Maybe Adidas will want in on the Scottish cup winners saintscotty

mainstand
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It expires at the end of next season. The original contract was a 3 year deal signed at the start of 10/11 which would have ended 12/13 sugesting taht there was a new deal signed at the start of this season, Unfortunately I cant find anything about it. Surprising that Joma have started a sale of all training gear and tracksuits when the dmand is going to be there for them in the coming weeks.
