Wonder how realistic a signing Shaun Hutchinson would be, was an absolute rock for Motherwell a few seasons back before winning a move to Fulham but has disappeared since. No idea what sort of wage he'd command but hes exactly what we need and is out of contract in the Summer.

Thats because it was Levein who got him to sign for Hearts, have to remember it was Levein who signed Swanson for Utd and called him for Scotland. Swanson wanted regular football under a manager he trusted and respected. Thats what he was promised with both us and Hearts, but Hearts offered more money and an easier commute from his home. Its easy to see why he made the decision he did.

Youre on here gloating about Rangers signing Holt for £65k as if its some form of superb signing. Forgetting we got Mackay and Davidson for £50k.
I know what id consider a bargain.

What are you expecting from him? To beat three men every single time he gets the ball? He's going through a dip which is entirely expected, yet hes still our most dangerous outlet and a match winner.
