Could I please ask Real Saints and Dylan-Saints to take their personal differences off this site, find somewhere quiet to meet up for a chat to resolve them. I will even come along to ensure fair play and no nastiness ensues!! 

IMHO this guy, along with his manager, have realised they have made complete and utter fools of themselves and their club and will stoop to whatever level they can to try and make themselves out to be the victims.
 
IF this had been the genuine reason behind his change of mind then I 100% believe that SB would have ripped up the pre-contract and wished the guy all the best for his and his families future. Plus it would all have been done behind closed doors and not via the press and I wonder who happened to tell them all about it just before the 2 clubs were due to play each other in a vital game?

I thought it (the sign) was a nice reminder of our European history and a wee stab at vaguely ironic humour. Maybe not, but hey, not going to get the club a fine. 

As long as you are not hurting the club you can show your passion for Saints in any way you like and you won't get any kind of sneer from me. 
 
Doesn't matter if you are 16 stone and wearing the club strip on holiday, take a stupid sign to the game or have a Roddy Grant tattoo, I'm proud of the lot of us Saintees!

We all had attitude when we were that age. PotP and Dylan are probably more like some of us at that age than we would like to admit.
 
I am not defending them, their actions or their comments in any way though. Just because some of us on here did 'stuff' when we were younger doesn't make it acceptable. When we behaved like that, we got what was coming to us, as I am sure they might well to. I hope not and that they learn to conduct themselves in a more appropriate way before they insult a REAL hardnut from whom their 50 ankle biting mates will not save them.
 
Us older guys have the benefit now of hindsight and experience to realise that some of the things we did back in the day probably were wrong and caused inconvenience to others and their kids. Those days will come for the young squad now as well.
 
What really concerns me is the adults who seem to be supportive of the mentality of some of these lads and go and stand beside them, as if trying to relive some kind of glory days, and attack folk on here who criticise or have concerns with their behaviour and the impact it has on other supporters, local business owners or the club.

Anybody who feels in the need of a bit of fitness, removal of a bit of weight then the good news is that FFIT is recruiting for the next session already, the bad news is that it will probably be about September before it starts.

really have to pity the fool..... what a f-up of a guy.... tho that prankster was out of order doing what he did. very deceitful,and damaging.....but above all not honorable - don't make us look good as a folk..

Personally I don't give a monkeys how much the official charter is costing fans, who in the main can well afford it otherwise would be making other arrangements, but what I do have a grievance with is why are the club subsidising the deal by £250 per head? Do not know the numbers but for just 20 fans that would be £5000 out of the club coffers which they certainly can not afford, can they?
 
By next Thursdays's home game we will still be slap bang in the middle of the holiday season with many regulars missing and I honestly think Saints have overpriced the game at £24 and totally agree with HSF's point above.
